Chapter 23

Saturday 10:27 a.m.
After the two promised Quackity to never treat him differently the three walked home talking about whatever popped into mind. However it was Sap and Karl mainly trying to make Quackity laugh as he still seemed shaken up by the hallucination of his ex. Of course the two were succeeding with their goal but decided to see who could make Q laugh the most before they got home. Once they got home they both declared themselves the winner as Q just laughed again.

"Hah! That laugh makes my Quackity laugh count to 16!" Karl boosted as Sapnap rolled his eyes, "You wish! You probably counted wrong! I know I had 16 but with this laugh definitely bumped that up to 17!" Quackity was slowly calming down from his laughing fit as he looked at the two. "No way!" "Ya way!" Sapnap and Karl bickered at each other as Quackity smiled at them before he left the two, and went into the kitchen. Quackity hummed and took a cup and filled it with water as he looked out the window smiling a bit, it was quite sunny out today with a light breeze.

"You okay Quackity?" Sapnap asked as he walked into the kitchen. Quackity looked over taking a sip of his water with a nod, "mhm just admiring how lovely it is outside today" Sapnap nodded as he walked over to Q and leaned on a counter next to him, "why do hide your wings? or uhhhh I don't know what you would call them featherd ears?" Quackity glanced at Sap before placing down the cup playing with the hoodie string slightly, "....I got made fun because I had feathers where my ears are, I mean I still have ears it's just that they are covered with feathers....and um my ex usually said stuff about it.." Sapnap nodded and went over to Q hugging him.

Quackity smiled and hugged back, "Well I think your ear feathers are absolutely gorgeous and I think Karl does to" "I think so to what?" Karl asked as he walked into the kitchen and smiled when he saw the two. "That Quackity's feathers are gorgeous" Sapnap hummed as he looked slightly at Q smiling and patted his head. Karl squeaked and went to Quackity pulling his hood down and started to gently running his fingers through them plus Q's hair, "Oh absolutely I do! I mean how can anybody not? Just look at them so cute and absolutely goes well with you Q!" Quackity could feel his whole face heat up by these two as they complimented him on his feathers.

Quackity just closed his eyes as he enjoyed Karl touching his feathers and hair, "T-thank you..." Q said quietly as he tried his best not to look flustered by the compliments. Karl and Sapnap both nodded as they laughed a bit as they noticed a slight noticeable pink hue across Quackity's cheeks. Sapnap kissed Karl's cheek and walked to the living room, "I'll be in the living room if you two need me" Karl just nodded as he continued to play with Q's hair and feathers as Quackity nodded to, "o-ok" Karl hummed as he soon stopped and stretched and checked his phone.

Quackity stood there looking at Karl then down at the ground, "Uhh Karl..?" Karl looked up from his phone, "Yup?" "Can I have your number? I uhhh went to my friends house to get my phone back earlier s-so I was just wondering-" "Of course!" Karl hummed smiling wide and patted Q's head. Quackity smiled and took out his phone and gave it to Karl who put his number in plus Sap's number, "Here I'll put sappy's number in here to for you!" Quackity just nodded as he seemed to smile more and took his phone back when Karl handed it back to him.

"Thanks Karl", Karl just nodded and smiled "Mhm! so just call me and sap whenever you want then Q!" Quackity nodded as Karl left the kitchen going to his streaming room. Quackity looked at the numbers Karl put in and edit their contacts, giving both of them silly names that Q thought fit their personalities. Quackity then walked up stairs yawning a bit and stretching, thinking about what the two had said about his feathers. 'Maybe.... I can show them my wings..?' Quackity thought as he sighed, if they weren't disgusted by his feathers on his head maybe they wouldn't care about his wings and tail. Quackity just let out a defeated sigh not knowing what to do, he was scared yet he wanted to believe everything would be okay if he was with them.

Quackity just walked into his room and closed the door as he changed out of Sap's clothes and into some of the stuff the two had bought for him. When Quackity took off the shirt however he just stared at his bandage that kept his wings restrained. 'Maybe later..' Q just thought as he threw on a shirt and crawled into the bed hella tired as he yawned and made himself comfortable. Quackity sighed as he kind of wished that Karl or Sapnap were here cuddling him to sleep. Then he shook his head trying to get rid of that thought and any others that contained the two loving him as he drifted off into sleep.

Saturday 1:38 p.m.
Quackity woke up from his nap with a sharp pain in his back. He sat up and winced a bit as he cursed. Quackity just got up stretching but its just made the pain worse. Quackity let out a whine as he slowly walked to the bathroom. He locked the door and took off his shirt whimpering more. Quackity held himself on the sink counter waiting for the wave of pain to become less severe. As Quackity waited, tears started in his eyes whimpering, "w-what the fuckkkk.." Quackity huffed and mange to stand up straight and took off the bandage he had. Quackity gently touched his stomach whining a bit as there were bruises forming on top of it since the bandage was so tight.

Quackity sighed and just took a moment to stretch out his wings, but nothing... Quackity laughed a bit nervously when he didn't see his wings spread out and gently took his hand touching one of them, but Quackity nearly screamed in pain with the small touch. "o-oh god no...no no no no nonononono" Quackity said as his breath quickened and tears started to roll down his face now. Quackity tried taking deep breaths as he took his hand and wedged in between his wing and back, whimpering and slightly screaming in pain. "Quackity? Is everything alright? I heard you screaming from downstairs..." Karl asked as he knocked on the other side of the bathroom door.

Quackity quickly removed his hand from his wing but bit his lip trying to keep the sounds of pain inside but he still made a noise. "Quackity what's going on?" Karl asked once again knocking on the door.
