On the other side was a bunch of luscious vegetation. Large trees, multicolored flowers, and more were fairly visible in the distance.

-I didn't know there was anything behind the dark streets and Solitude Bell plantations. Said Pyrex as Cecilia laughed.

-We'll go deeper once I put those bricks back together.

She cautiously placed each one in their correct spot, sealing them again with some glue stick from her bag. Finally, she pulled the tube back in the wall, sealing it too.

-Here we go, be quiet! I know it's night but still, Shushh! for real this time!

Pyrex walked in the tall grass as Aoi let go of his shoulder. It was dark, but he could see from the moonlight reflected in the rainy grass. They turned their heads towards the city.

"The wall is made not to see the forest from far away."

After walking in knee-high grass for a good hour in silence, other than the quiet laughing when someone tripped, Cecilia took a small trail hidden in the grass and they all entered the forest one by one as the sun began to rise.

-Okay! Everyone, We're officially FAR AWAY ENOUGH FROM THE CITY FOR US TO TALK AND YELL ALL WE WANT! Exclaimed Cecilia with her arms in the air.

Akai and Xerenade rejoiced sarcastically along with Cecilia. They were pretty far from Kitsuneyō city now. Pyrex couldn't really believe how long they walked.

-It reminds me of Anegoria here... Said Aeryx.

-What's that? Asked Cecilia.

-My hometown. I was only two or three years old at the time though. I moved to Solisel not long after.

-Cool! Replied Akai.

They stopped as a noise in the trees was heard.

-What's that??? Asked Akai, jumping back.

-Someone followed us? Asked in her turn Xerenade.

-LORELA, ORIOLE!

The noise was getting closer and closer as a head poked out from a bush. She was a Kitsune, no doubt. Her hair was black and curly with mint green tips. Her ears stood out with her six mint green and brown fading wings. She shook her tail as she waved at Cecilia.

-Hey, What's up!? You brought friends?

She smiled at them and bowed.

-Hey! I'm Lorela, nice to meet you guys!

-Hey, Lorela! That's Aeryx, Akai, Xerenade, Aoi and finally Pyrex.

-Aoi and Akai? Aren't those the bloodthorns from the ancient Kitsuneyō legends?

-Bloodthorns share ancestors with us, they must have brought the legend with them and borrowed the name from it, even if they live in Solisel.

-Oh yeah...

Aoi and Akai didn't say anything as Xerenade, Aeryx and Pyrex looked at them, confused.

-YOU GUYS SHARE ANCESTORS WITH KITSUNES?

-I don't know, I'm just gonna pretend I do and take Cecilia's word for it. Whispered Aoi at Pyrex.

-Ah, okay...

-Anyways, What are you guys here for? Asked Lorela.

Cecilia explained everything that happened from when she wrote the letter to just before they arrived in the forest. Lorela looked extremely confused, amused and worried at the same time.

-Let's go see what Oriole thinks of that. She surely has a word or two to say.

She tossed some fake bushes around, revealing a wooden staircase to a treehouse.
