Pyrex woke up in the evening, under the sunset. Oliver was still looking outside.

-Aren't you gonna do something else than look out that window?

His brother didn't answer.

-Okay then.

The Prince got up. Prichra and Aura weren't in the living room, so he walked out.
He saw the two in the dining room, picking up noodles with chopsticks and dropping them back in the cup.

-Why are you two so sad? Could you tell me what's wrong? Asked Fleur.

They didn't respond either.

-You guys did the same face when Cecilia faked Pyrex's death... Has someone died? Hhmm... Is it because you guys miss Cecilia?

Prichra shook her head.

-No.

"Future Hisao Me, If Amarosa never comes back with the crown, I'm counting on you to fetch her and kick her, thank you."

Pyrex left the dining room and walked back towards the couch. He passed his hand through his hair, remembering the rose was still there. He looked at it with a sad smile.

"One more thing, Hisao. Please, take good care of Aoi, Akai, Xerenade and Aeryx for me."

He hoped that these thoughts would never actually reach the Parasite.
As he sat on the couch, he took off his hoodie and stared at the ceiling.

Oliver turned around.

-Are you Pyrex or the Demon of Despair?

-I'm Hisao. He said, jokingly.

Oliver looked at him with wide eyes.

-I...

-Just kidding! I'm not actually Hisao, I'm only getting crowned tomorrow.

-Is the Demon named Hisao?

Pyrex nodded as Oliver frowned.

-Why did you lie about that?!

-Because I don't want to end up as a sad, desperate kitsune who sacrifices his siblings to die from something else like Cecilia, so I'm trying to calm down.

Pyrex looked at the rose.

"I'm really not okay with what Hisao will do to me, but maybe Amarosa will come back and I won't die that early."

He forced himself to forget about it as the thorns from the rose cut his fingers.

-I want to go outside... Sighed Oliver. Pyrex, if Ai lets me go out in fox form, do you want to come take a walk with me?

-No thanks. I'd do anything to avoid having to turn into a fox again.

Oliver squinted.

-Why?

-I don't like it.

Oliver shrugged and turned back to the window.

-Just wanted to spend some time with you before you died.

Pyrex sighed.

-What if you go as a fox and I stay like that?

Oliver nodded with a smile as he rolled his office chair towards the entrance of the living room.

-AI!

After a few seconds, she appeared behind him.

-Is there something wrong, Sir Oliver?

-If I go out in fox form, can I take a walk with Pyrex?

She crossed her arms.

-Sir Pyrex has a big day tomorrow, it's best you leave him alone. But if you want to take a walk alone and you can reach a safe zone in this chair, I suppose you can.
