Most people were busy training, so there wasn't much going on except Lando sitting and texting Carlos on his phone. That was until Zak Brown texted him and told him that Practice 1 was starting a day before it was meant to. That meant everyone had to leave to the track right now or they'd be late. Turns out there wasn't going to be a press conference day this time. It was very odd since the FIA were always consistent in when the races were. A frown sat on Lando's face as he called his trainer to take him.

"So, it is starting early?" Jon asked.

"Yes, have I not said that several times?" Lando huffed.

"Don't get your knickers in a twist!" He laughed.

"They aren't!" The boy crossed his arms and sulked.

"Missing Carlos?" Jon enquired.

"Maybe." Lando pouted.

"You are such a child!" Jon couldn't help but chuckle.

"Shut up!" He grumbled.

"Well, we're already here." Jon told him and opened the car door, shutting off the engine. Lando hopped out and spotted Seb, he rushed over.

"Hi Seb! You got a message too?" He asked.

"Yes Lando, everyone did." Sebastian smiled.

"We better get to the garages!" Lando sighed and hurried off. Jon ran after him. Seb laughed softly. Everyone got into their cars straight away with no chance to warm up. Max was first onto the track and drove and excellent first lap. Charles managed to beat him and so did Checo on their first laps. But Max quickly was on top again. Daniel went quicker than Charles shockingly and Lando went quicker than Daniel. It was lucky for McLaren, they enjoyed this circuit a lot.

"I have a puncture! I don't know how!" Said Charles. Ferrari told him everything looked fine but he had a big crash not long after. Luckily, he was okay. Mick also spun but he had everything under control.

Charles groaned, it was a heavy hit so he ached quite a bit but other than that he felt perfectly fine to continue if his Ferrari wasn't absolutely wrecked. Seb had finished his session and immediately went to find Charles.

"Are you okay?" He asked softly.

"Yeah, I just ache a bit." He grumbled, still out of breath.

"It looked like quite a harsh hit. Ferrari doing Ferrari things again." Seb muttered, unimpressed with the team.

"I'll be fine. I'm sure the car will be fixed for tomorrow." Charles smiled optimistically.

"I hope you do well Charlie." Sebastian told him.

"Thanks Seb." He grinned.
