Isla woke up to the sound of glass breaking. She figured that since Davina was living in the compound, this was most likely her doing. She sighed, getting out of bed to get changed. She had just gotten changed when the whole house shook. She had to put her hands on her bedpost to avoid falling over.

Once the shaking stopped, Isla opened the door to her bedroom and ran down the hall. As she walked by Davina's room, she saw the young girl lying down in a pile of dirt. Isla sighed, going back into the hallway. In the study room, Klaus was sitting at the bar, having a drink and Rebekah was sitting on a couch.

"What just happened?" Klaus looked up at her.

"Davina happened." Isla sat down on the couch next to Rebekah. "Elijah's gone to get Sophie Deveraux to get answers. He should be back any moment." As if right on cue, Elijah showed up in the doorway with the witch. The two walked into the study and Elijah sat down.

"So you have stolen the remains of the very person that Davina's been drawing for months." He interrogated. "Would you care to explain this startling coincidence?" Sophie sighed, folding her arms.

"I can't." She looked at the drawings on the coffee table. "I didn't even know who Celeste Dubois was, until I..." Suddenly, they heard a scream come from the next room, and the building began to shake again. Sophie visibly jumped. "Was that Davina?" She asked.

"Charming little habit she's developed." Klaus remarked as he took another sip of his drink. Sophie looked concerned.

"And the earthquake I felt today?" Rebekah nodded.

"Also Davina, and she's taken to vomiting dirt." Those last two words seemed to strike a chord with Sophie.

"Oh." She whispered, then in a louder voice, she said "We have a huge problem. I thought that we had more time, but we need to complete the harvest now." Klaus scoffed.

"Said the desperate witch conveniently."

"I'm serious." Sophie responded. "That earthquake you just felt... a preview of the disaster movie that is about to hit us." Elijah rested his chin in his hand pensively.

"Why should we believe you?" Sophie sighed.

"You've met Davina, you know her story. For months now, she's been holding all the power of the three girls sacrificed in the harvest ritual. A force that was meant to flow through her and back into the earth. One person was never meant to hold that much power. It's tearing her apart, and it will take us down with it." Isla looked behind her at the hallway leading to Davina's room.

Rebekah and Isla went into Davina's room to inform her. However, it didn't go so well. Davina started to freak out. And as she freaked out, the wind picked up. Rebekah pulled out a syringe with a sedative in it, but Davina was thrashing too much for Rebekah to get it. Isla thought for a moment.

"I might be able to calm her down enough for you to put the sedative in." Rebekah looked up at her. "I can slow her heart rate, and that should calm her down." Rebekah nodded.

"Okay, then do it." Isla sighed, closing her eyes and holding her palms out. She focused on Davina, and after a few seconds, she could hear her heart beat racing. She took a deep breath in, and mumbled a chant. It seemed to work as Davina was no longer thrashing as much. Rebekah took this opportunity to inject the sedative into the young witch's arm. Davina instantly stopped moving, her eyes fluttering shut. Isla opened her eyes and looked at Rebekah.

Marcel got Davina set up with an IV and two of his guys guarding the door. Isla sat in the next room, ready for anything that might happen. The wind was still whipping outside.

After a few minutes, Isla heard a shuffling noise, and she looked up to see Marcel walking through the hallway with Davina in his arms. Isla quickly stood up and followed him.

"What are you doing?" Marcel continued walking.

"I'm not just going to hand her over to die." Isla folded her arms.

"Well, then let me come with you." He stopped walking and turned around. "I can keep her calm enough to slow down the winds, which will keep her alive." Marcel sighed, nodding.

"Alright, let's go." Isla ran down the stairs to keep up with him.

When they got to their destination, a storage facility, Marcel set Davina down on a mattress, and Isla sat a few feet away from her, ready to slow her heart rate if she needed to. The young witch opened her eyes and immediately sat up, throwing Marcel back. Isla shut her eyes and tried to listen for Davina's heart rate.

"I'm not gonna hurt you." Marcel reasoned.

"I don't believe you." Davina responded. "You want to kill me just like everyone else."

"I'm the one who put a protection spell on you, D. That's why Tim's dead and you're not, and before you throw me again, if I had known anything was gonna happen to your friend, I would have protected him too." Isla opened her eyes. She hadn't heard the wind pick up, so she figured Davina was fine for now.

"You're the one who saved me?" The girl asked, and Marcel nodded.

"Yeah, but now the witch who did the spell is in league with the rest of them, so I had to take you away." Davina sighed, looking over at Isla.

"And why is she here? She's a Mikaelson." Isla folded her arms.

"I'm also a witch, Davina. And I'm here to help keep you alive. You helped me, and I owe you one." The young witch eyed her warily. Marcel sighed.

"Davina, look at me." He pleaded. "I messed up. All this power that you have, it gave me an advantage. It helped me punished the witches and it let me run the city, and I let that mean too much." He walked closer to Davina. "All right, but that's over with now. One survivor to another, all I want to do is keep you alive, I swear." Thunder rumbled outside. Davina started to shake.

"I'm scared. I don't know what's wrong with me." Marcel crouched down to the teenager's eye level.

"You're not alone. We'll fix this." He put his hands on her shoulders to calm her down.

"You won't let them hurt me?" She asked, tears in her eyes. Marcel shook his head.

"No. Nobody's gonna touch you." Davina broke into a sob as she hugged Marcel. Isla stood up and looked out the entrance. The rain was getting worse.
