It had been a week since Taehyung started courting Jungkook, giving the blue-haired male cute gifts and notes. And not to mention his behavior and gestures were also one of the main things that attracted the younger.

Jungkook was excited every day to visit college, especially when he had someone special waiting for him. He was discovering more of his new feelings and how it felt to love someone other than his family.

The pretty male wanted a perfect day to give Taehyung what he wanted. He was willing to give love a chance. He was willing to take a risk.

As usual, he happily skipped to the cafeteria because that was where he could find Taehyung every day before class. But that day the case was different, he did not find the other. But he did not let it ruin his happy mood. "Maybe he is late today." With that, he waited for the blond.

He waited and waited but there was no sign of the other, after some time the bell rang and with a sad sigh he went for his class, in hope of seeing the older there.

Jungkook entered the class and again waited for the other. Soon the professor came but still, Taehyung had not arrived yet. As time passed, the blue-haired male's mood became down.

Just then the door was again slammed, revealing Taehyung with his messy hair. Jungkook's mood was brightened again seeing the other. The blond apologized to the professor and went in.

Jungkook looked at him with a smile, but the other just glanced a little and went to his seat. Jungkook frowned because that was so not the blond. But he just shrugged it off.

In every class, Jungkook could not help but notice the odd behavior of Taehyung. The blond neither greeted him nor talked with him properly. No nicknames, no teasing, nothing.

Jungkook saw that the aforementioned was sitting in the middle of the cafeteria alone. He decided to cheer him up and went near him. "Excuse me, did you see Taehyung today?" He asked as if he asked someone else.

Taehyung looked at him with a tired and confused face. "Omo! It's you Taehyung!" Jungkook said as if he was mistaken.

"Koo, please, leave me alone," the older male said in a very tired tone, making Jungkook worried.

The younger immediately sat beside and put his hand on the other's shoulder. "Hey, are you okay? Is everything fine?" He asked with concern laced in his voice. The biker just sighed, he did not want to worry the younger but he also did not want to lie to the pretty male.

"You can share with me. I am okay with it." The blue-haired male assured him.

"M-mom. She is very sick and I am feeling so horrible to leave her alone. I just don't know what to do anymore. I want to be with her, but..." Taehyung croaked out.

"Aish! Are you dumb or what? Why did you leave her alone and come here?! Immediately go back to her and take care of her!" Jungkook ordered him, he could not believe the blond just left his sick mom alone.

"But the class- -"

"No, buts, just go, and don't worry I will handle the professors. Just go, right now! Mom is more important." Jungkook commanded and the other could not help but feel happy seeing the younger's care for his mom and left the cafeteria.

But little did he know that it was a huge mistake to leave the younger alone.

The next day came very fast and Taehyung was very happy to see Jungkook for the day. The last day, he could not give him time and attention at all. Also, he wanted to thank the other for comforting him and knocking some sense into him.
