It had been a week since Jungkook gave birth, he was still in the hospital and it was the day he was getting discharged as by then most of his cuts were almost healed, but still he was asked to not do any heavy works, which might press his stitches and such.

Taehyung made sure to take care of his Doe-ie and Princess for the entire week. He took off from his office for a few days. It was then time for going home when Yoongi came to the hospital to help them. The black-haired male took the little one in his arms and the blond was helping Jungkook towards the car.

After an hour or so, they reached home and as they opened the door, sounds of confetti and balloon bursting echoed as all the orphanage kids, Lisa, Taeshi, and Daeyun were standing with a banner that said, "Welcome home, our lil princess!"

Jungkook and Taehyung smiled seeing their surprise, however, the sensitive ears of Junghee could not handle the sudden noise and started to cry loudly, taking everyone off guard. Yoongi immediately went inside taking the baby and sat on the sofa as others soon gathered around the male to make the little one stop crying.

The blue-haired male, who was assisted by his husband to reach the sofa, just smiled as he saw how the kids were trying this and that to make Junghee smile. Lisa was making weird faces, the kids were dancing randomly and showing various types of toys to her. But, no use of anything, the baby kept on crying.

Taehyung carefully made the blue-haired male sit on the sofa and joined the rest to make his Princess happy again. Nothing was making the baby stop crying. Everyone was then worried and soon Yoongi got so emotional as his Champ was not at all calming down. The black-haired male then started to scold the kids and Lisa, "It's all because of you guys! Who told you to burst the confetti and balloons, huh? I swear, if she doesn't stop crying nah, then I will behead each of you!" He warned everyone as his eyes filled with tears seeing his niece crying so loudly.

"Aish, Hyung, don't scold them. They just wanted to surprise. Please, don't scold them. They didn't know nah!" Taehyung's heart was clenching as well seeing his little cub crying but the sad and almost tear-filled faces of the kids were hurting him as well.

"Yah, Lil Meow Meow. Don't scold my babi- -" Jungkook could not complete when suddenly the baby stopped crying and started to move her eyes, forehead, and mouth in different ways, indicating she was happy. Everyone was shocked that the baby hearing its mother's voice stopped crying.

"Omo, omo, omo! See my baby recognizes her mama well!" Jungkook exclaimed with a proud look and a smirk appeared on his face as he looked at his husband and brother who were looking at him with pout faces. Both father-uncle duo always claimed that the little one would be their perfect mini version, but it seemed the baby was more fond of her mother.

Junghee was looking here and there with her little bambi eyes, which she inherited from her father, as she heard the voice of Jungkook, everyone noticed that, and then Yoongi gave the baby to her mother. "Here, take your duplicate," the cat-like male stated with an annoyed face. He did not expect his Champ to betray him like that. Heck, he even became quite emotional for Junghee only to get the betrayal! The cat's meow meo- - I mean, Yoongi's heart was hurt.

"Stop making that face, Hyung. It's not a big deal! My Princess loved her mom more, don't be salty about it." Taehyung was so done seeing the older male's salty behavior and again they saw the baby making those facial expressions, it seemed she liked Yoongi being sulky and getting scolded. Surely an act of a naughty niece could be seen there. All the kids started to tease the pale-skinned male who could just huff out at the betrayal and conspiracy of his little angel. But as long as it made his Champ happy, he could tolerate such betrayals.

It was late at night when Taehyung entered the room with dinner for his spouse who was looking extremely tired as Junghee slept just a few minutes back. Jungkook was not used to the things so Taeshi taught him as much as she could. But everything was tough for him as he just came from the hospital and handling a baby was not as easy as they say. Jungkook was afraid of the what-ifs. He wanted the best for his baby. He did not get parental love and care, thus, he wanted to live the moments and be there for his daughter's every need.
