— "ugh, gross" Natsu grumbles when she opens her phone

The two of you had gotten into your pajamas hours ago, polar opposites were what you were.

She wore her simple back shorts and a tee she claimed from her boyfriends closet, her frame hidden beneath the hello Kitty blanket you had brought over for her since her house got absolutely freezing at night.

In your monster high pajama pants and a white top on it you lean over to inspect just what Natsu had seen.

"What is it?" You ask and Natsu promptly takes her glasses off

"Lemme see" you swipe the phone from her and she doesn't protest one bit "well shit..this guy hit me up last night" you sneer when you get a glimpse

"The convo was going so good" she sits cris cross on her bed with a frown as you find where you left off on the plaid you were seperating her hair into.

"That's how it is out here for us, you're nice to them then they wanna show you their dick" you do the honors of blocking the creep

"That's the first one I've got in awhile, usually it's titties—but they're just as creepy "What do they not understand about the word 'taken' it's literally in my bio!"

"No it's not that it's just you run into a lot of horny assholes" there were plenty of guys she could make friends with without being actively flirted with. Like Yaku, and even though you don't talk with Taketora as often you still had him to talk to whenever you happened to cross paths with.

Kuroo..well he was definitely fielding for her but still he wasn't a creep about it. Now that you think about it, you didn't have a lot of guy friends near you.

"I mean there Sho and Noya"

"Yeah but they live all the way across town, and they're always busy" she whines

"That's true" and now that you think about it...Natsu's the only friends that knows you. Like really knows you. And it goes the same for her.

"Maybe it's better that way though, maintaining a whole lotta friendships is tiring"

The next day is a work day—skipping class to get a few hours of work done. All for the sake of keeping your wallet full just in case you're mom finally pulled that bipolar shit again and decided she wanted you out the house.

You sit with her now, watching Family feud with her. It's turning into a routine now..getting home early enough to actually spend time with her before you're dad comes home and shuts the place down.

She laughs at something Steve Harvey says and pushes in your shoulder like acrively throwing herself into you was gonna get you to laugh to. "You remember.." she has to take a breath but she falls right back into laughter by the end of it "You remember when Sai said something like that the other day?"
