You read over Kuroo's drunks texts to the group chat between the three of you just to maybe clue you in on how you might've ended your night at the club but in reality they left you more confused than you were before.

You weren't usually a blackout drunk but last night was an exception because honestly everything went in and none of the memory stuck.

You flip through a few convos to hit up Natsu to fill in the details of last night.

School as usual, attending like all of that last night didn't happen.

"You look like death" Kuroo says to you while practically scrubbing at eye bags of his own,

"Mm well that's not very nice" you stretch "but fair" you can hardly keep awake through the more agonizingly slow classes. You and Kuroo stick close—you're classes aligning in your favor.

"Why do you look so disturbed" he nudges you when Roka and Yaku's ex pass you by as you rifle through your locker.

"I hate losers like that" you scrunch up your face as they pass with their arms linked like they're just that desirable. Roka's long dark hair is clipped into pigtails and she flashes you a friendly smile you just can't bring yourself to return.

"Maybe she didn't know he was in a relationship" Kuroo suggests

"Don't try to defend her now, she knows Yaku well enough to know they were a thing—and even if she didn't that guy still cheated so either way it's fucked up"

"You're really worked up about this huh?"

"Cheating is trifling" you've linked with plenty of people, fuck buddies here and there but the amount of real relationships you've been in were 2. And neither of them ended as a result of cheating—on your end atleast. It's not even an achievement it's just knowing how to be a decent human being.

"What do you know about being faithful?" Kuroo asks

"Hey I may look like a whore but I don't play that shit" you chuckle in the pink rimmed mirror attached to the door of your locker, fixing up your hair after the long sleep you had through all of third and fourth period.

"If I ever cheated on someone would you rat me out?" Leaned up against the locker next to you he raises that question
