"Don't take it personal, Natsu likes being a provider for herself so she just doesn't trust anyone else to get stuff done for her" twinning. But in all honesty, you knew where she was coming from, wanting to get everything done even though you physically and mentally can't handle it.

But it was your job as her best friend and roommate and part time Suagr Mama that you kept her from breaking herself.

"Wow thanks that totally made me feel better" Kuroo says sarcastically "then we went to Compare foods cause I told her that's my favorite place to go to when I feel like smoking a cigarette"

"What does smoking have anything to do with this?" Kenma narrows his eyes

"Well Natsu gets withdrawals from work and I get withdrawals from cigarettes"

"Anyway we looked through the plantain aisle and she said she didn't like plantain's and I told her we couldn't be friends anymore and then we fucked in the back seat then we came back here and she was okay for the r—"

"I thought I was tweaking" Kenma's jaw drops, turning into a smile he has to cover

"You what?!" Your head snaps back towards Kuroo as the two of you process his absurdly fast paced storytelling. There was no way he was just gonna skim over that and not explain.

"We went to compare foods?"

"After that?" You gesture for him to go on, referring to the part he was especially speedy to get past

"She didn't like plantains?"

"Yeah then you disowned her as a friend and then?" Kenma was getting agitated by this playing dumb thing

"Then we went home" he nods with a sure smile provoking out of you and Kenma a unified sigh

"No no, before that" you try one last time

"What do you mean?" Kuroo blinks, feigning innocence. That was his way of saying 'that's the last time you're gonna hear me bring it up' "I mean if you wanna know about what we did all day you can just ask her"

And that was his way of saying 'ask her about it yourself'

Kuroo was just about as private with his love life as Kenma was.

"Where is she?" Kenma asks

"Asleep"

You and Kenma share a look:  'that sneaky motherfucker fucked her to sleep?'
