Somewhere in the midst of the forest, there was some..Interesting business going on..

Here, Red Velvet trained his cake hounds with the hardest work, to ensure they were well-knowledged in the best tactic areas possible.

"1, 2! Repeat, my beasts!"
He yelled, guiding the hounds through a set up course he created.

"Perfect!"
The man said, happy that his plans were working.
The wind blew a bit, causing the trees around to shake.

"Hm..I believe it is time for a break, everyone! Hurry, hurry!"
He ushered them over, the hounds trying their best to run with their short legs.

Smiling, Red Velvet lead his hounds deeper into the forest for a walk, his boots snapping any twigs and leaves under them.

Wandering the woods in the midsummer weather was always nice. The trees were bright, and there were freshly bloomed flowers everywhere.
But, Red Velvet simply stepped over them, crushing the petals.

..And suddenly, from somewhere in the forest, he heard what sounded like..A sob..?
He put his guard up, drawing his weapon as a defense.
Red Velvet slowly approached where the sound was coming from, his hounds following.

He took a peek through the bushes, and there was..A man..?
He looked..Lonely.
He was sulking, all alone, and overall looked depressed.

Deeming him not to be a threat, Red Velvet approached behind him, being careful not to startle him.

"..I hear you. Go away..You'll be hurt too.."
He mumbled, sadly. He slightly turned his head, being able to see the other now.

"Uh..Who exactly are you, and why the hell are you sitting here in the woods?!"
Red Velvet questioned, curious as to why he seemed so upset.

"I said, go away!"
He growled, exactly like a wolf.
His hair stood up a bit.

"Not until you explain!"
He simply growled back, not showing the tad bit of fear he had.

"Ugh..Fine.. But, you're gonna get hurt."
He seemed a bit saddened by that fact.

"..I am Werewolf..And I ruined something big for my friend because I'm just a gross creature."
Now, Werewolf seemed to get even more upset.

"Hm.. You do not seem like a dangerous creature. What exactly..Happened?"
Red Velvet questioned more, interested in knowing what happened.

"...I am..Close friends with that Cherry Blossom girl.. And I- scared off her picnic guests.."
He saw a singular tear slip down the others face.
'Is it bad that I want to..Wipe his face..? No, no..That is weird behavior.'

"Well, if it was an accident, then you are not to blame for it.."
He tried to comfort the other, trying hard to choose the correct wording.

"..Yes, but..I still feel horrible. I am..A monster."

"....You don't seem like..A monster, so you say- To me.."
He responded. Werewolf looked shocked at that, it was quite the..'Romantic' thing to say, despite them barely meeting.

..And, as Red Velvet continued his comforting, his hounds decided it was time to swarm Werewolf.

He let out a monotone scream, a bit terrified of the monsters that were biting at his coat, and licking his arm.

"Oh, do not worry, they won't hurt you-!"
He hurried to say, making sure that Werewolf didn't harm any of his precious hounds.

"..I can tell. They are quite.. Affectionate.."
He held one of the hounds in his arms, and somehow, Red Velvet was touched, especially with how gently the man cared for the hounds.
Typically, people scream, and run away when they see the cakes. But, they merely just want to play.

Red Velvet smiled, officially glad that he put a smile on the other's face.
Afterall, he hadn't smiled for so long.

..Maybe, this could be a normal occurance.
