Ah yes, the Parfedia Institute, home of the most exceptional students and professors. It was like the legendaries' light shined upon the campus at all times, illuminating their lovely staff and students.
..But, some days like this weren't all that..Amazing.

Creampuff backed against the wall nervously, putting her arms up in defense. The taller creature bared teeth, growling as a warning. The young wizard cowered in fear, getting a mocking snort in return.
"How pathetic, cowering like a scaredy-cat!"
She laughed, causing Creampuff to lower her head in shame. She allowed tears to flow down her pale cheeks as she stared towards the cold ground, trying to block out the noise of 'Berry' laughing at her.

...In her moments of sobbing, she took a glance to her only way out.
..With the realization, she looked up into the taller girl's eyes, anger being the only thing shown in her pale blue pupils. 'Berry looked down at her, her mockery of a smile fading immediately.
"What, runt? Not so scared anymore horsie??"
She giggled loudly, snorting. Creampuff grunted, before managing to push the other girl backwards, stomping downwards on her stomach.

. .The other choked out, gripping at her leg. Creampuff didn't falter for a second, only stopping when she heard the girl wheezing out apologies and begs to be let free.The young wizard clenched her fist, lowering her guard when Strawberry ran through the school doors, crying. Creampuff smiled proudly, but still hurried inside to get her injuries cured.

. . .Creampuff sat awkwardly in the silent nurses office, hoping that Milk or Herb would walk in to bandage her. She stared down at the tile floor, furrowing her eyebrows. She could only hope the news of her fight didn't reach her brother, or her mother.
Her thoughts got cut off when she heard a quiet gasp, and someone running over to her.

"Puff-! What happened?!"
She recognized the voice as her best friend, Walnut. The punches she faced seemed to have left her in a haze, it seems.
"W-Walnut..! Er- Yeah, I'm fine! Just uh..Tripped during archery, ya'know??"
Creampuff stammered out, waving her hands defensively. The young detective clearly wasn't having it, sighing lowly before standing fully to grab some bandages.

"Whatever, Puff..As long as you're alright and don't need the ER.."
She smiled as a way to comfort her, lifting her small arm to bandage it. Creampuff stared awkwardly, knowing she would have to give a real reason, but Walnut had already been able to tell by the claw marks, and how rough the bruising was.

"And don't think I didn't notice, these are wolf scratches. She got you again, right..?"
Walnut frowned, running a hand over one of the deeper marks on her arm.

"Y-yeah..But, I'm alright now!"
Creampuff tried to make her feel better about it, but it usually never worked. Strawberry was quite the cruel person, and wouldn't stop until Creampuff was broken to nothing but shards.

". . .I'm sorry, that she is so..Cruel.. I was advised by my parent that I needed to stay away from her, and well-"
Walnut stopped for a second, gesturing to a deep-scarred patch of skin on the side of her neck. Creampuff never realized it was even there..
"..But, past is past..A-anyways- I recommend you get your brother, or someo-"
"I-I can't! He'll be so disappointed that I got in a fist-fight!"
She interrupted, stammering in fear. The worst thing that could happen would be her big brother finding out, especially since she had his class and his boyfriend's, one hour after another, much worse. Walnut nodded, ensuring her that she wouldn't tell them.

"But anyways..Again, I'm so sorry that she did that.."
She finished bandaging her up, looking into her sapphire eyes. They both flinched backwards, red covering the both of their faces.

"U-um-! Sorry??"
Creampuff apologized, covering her face. But, Walnut was busy in her thoughts, completely lost as her mind wandered onto what she should respond with.
. .And it came up with the clever response of "I- liKe you??"
. .An awkward voice-crack in the middle of her words, her fear settling in when the young wizard looked up.
She could only smile and nod happily, words being kept deep down.

. .The path to ending that girl's torment has finally began, and Creampuff couldn't wait until 'Berry stopped being so..Cruel.
