𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 & 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

𝟬𝟮𝟴:

𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗱𝘆'𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘃.

I cleared way the wrapping paper, we'd spent the whole morning with Cameron. Now he was going out with his friends and Aaliyah for his birthday. We did another dinner with Aaliyah which went a lot better thankfully.

Bella and Kyrie were going to Kayla's, so we had a whole day to ourselves. I love my kids but I appreciate these days so much, but they were rare so I didn't want
to take for granted.

"Bye mommy." Bella said rushing over to me.

I crouched down and gave her a kiss. Dave walked them out so I grabbed their bags and put them in the trunk.

"You got half an hour before I'm back." he said but I quickly shook my head.

"Who gets dressed that quick?" I asked and he shrugged.

"Well you have no choice." he said before kissing me.
I shook my head and walked back into the house. I'd already had my shower but I had no idea what I'd be wearing.

Dave wasn't even back yet and I was dressed.
It was nice out but wasn't too cold or warm, but I was dressed right I think. The door opened and closed, followed by Dave running up the stairs.

"Mmm ya look good mama." he said, licking his lips.

"Thank you." I blushed, it still amazes me that he makes me blush after all these years.

"You ready to go?" I nodded and grabbed my purse.

We headed downstairs, I could feel Dave's eyes following me around as I made sure everything was locked or switched off. But I ignored him and walked out front to the car.

"Mama cmere lemmie take a picture." he said grabbing my hand.

"You serious?" I chuckled at him trying to turn me around to face him.

He took God knows how many photos before showing me his favourite. He's lucky I looked good in the one he posted. His whole instagram is just a fan page for me and the kids at this point.

After Dave got everything he needed we dropped his bags off at the car before coming back. I needed an outfit, I was going clubbing for the first time in a very long time. It was Robyn's birthday, despite us being almost thirty she was dragging us all clubbing.

"Which one?" I asked picking up a few dresses.

"I gotta see em on." he shrugged.

Looking around and spotted the changing rooms. As I headed over, please tell me why my husband snuck in with me? I closed and locked the door before hanging the dresses up.

"Sit your big self down so I can change." I said as he towered over me.

"Don't let me stop you." he smirked, now sitting down.

I chuckled and put on the first dress. It was black with an open back, it was cute but not what I was looking for. So o tried on all four dresses before we both agreed on the last outfit.

𝗢𝗺𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Cassidy got up to clear the table. Once Cameron arrived back home, they had his home cooked birthday dinner together. Dave set Bella down so she could watch her cartoons.

"I wanna show y'all something quick." Cameron said.

Cassidy sat back down giving him her full attention, he grabbed an envelope that basically appeared from no where. He handed it to Dave who opened it and pulled out the few pieces of paper.

He read over the first few lines he realised what he was reading. Dave cleared his throat feeling choked up and handed them over to Cassidy. As soon as she read the same few lines, she felt her eyes well up. The papers in front of them were adoration papers. It meant a whole lot more to them, because he was nineteen. Meaning legally he didn't need a guardian but he wanted it to be official.

"Of course we'll adopt you." Cassidy sniffled as she wiped her face.

"I got some to show you too." Dave said, he got up from his chair quickly wiping his eyes in the process.

"It's another car?" Cameron asked making them laugh.

Dave pulled his shirt over his head and turned around showcasing his new tattoo. On his body he has a print of his kids's footprints from when they were first born along with their date of birth. Now on his rib cage he had the same for Cameron.

"Damnnnn that's my name for real." he mumbled in disbelief that Dave actually got it tattooed.

Dave chuckled and pulled his shirt back on. He was trying not to look at Cassidy because he already knew his wife was sobbing like a baby.

"Ma said she'd kill you id you get any more tattoos...why'd you do it?" he asked. Cassidy kept reminding Dave that he was running out of space for tattoos so he needs to stop.

"I gotta have all my kids on me." Dave shrugged.

Cassidy snuck away to cry some more while the boys enjoyed their moment. She made her way into the bedroom and grabbed a tissue to wiped her eyes. She let out a breath before sitting on her bed. As she lowered her head and said a prayer. Cassidy thanked God for the blessings that were her kids and husband. Today made her feel so grateful for how far they had all come.

Although they had faced many trials and tribulations but they alway came back stronger.
