𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 & 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

𝗢𝗺𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Cassidy sighed looking at the time seeing that Dave still wasn't home. He'd promised to be home by five as they had to leave for her book publishing. She didn't expect it to be so popular already. There had been hundreds of pre orders. So today was the official release and signing.

She slipped her feet into her heels. With the right underwear, black clothing she'd managed to conceal her belly which was growing rapidly. After making sure she had everything in her purse she headed downstairs.

"Cam are you sure about this?" she sighed feeling bad.

"Ian got no plans it's aight." he shrugged, in fact he didn't mind at all.

"Okay. There's leftovers in the fridge, and money incase you want pizza" she said kissing his head.

She gave Bella a kiss and left, although it was only the evening she'd given Bella an early bath. So all Cameron had to do was feed her and put her to bed.

Cassidy's manger handed over the microphone so she could say a few words. She cleared her throat and swallowed the sickly feeling. The hall was so packed with people you could just about move.

"I just wanted to say a quick thank you. If I'm being completely honest I didn't expect such a huge turn out. This book isn't all me, my mother is the reason for it all. But this wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for you all beautiful people. I really appreciate you all coming here today for support. So thank you very much." she said and everyone cheered and clapped.

Everyone moved around to collect their goodie bags. Cassidy's best friend Robyn rushed over to hug her. They'd been so busy with their lives it had been a while since they'd physically seen each-other.

"I'm so proud of you." she squealed.

"Thank you." Cassidy smiled appreciatively.

"You okay?" Robyn frowned, she noticed the slightly pale look on Cassidy's face.

"I look queasy?" she sighed knowing she felt it, so she must look it.

"Just a little."

"I'm pregnant." she said and Robyn practically screamed before hugging her.

Robyn was the rich aunt everyone loved, so whenever her siblings or friends announced a baby she was already planning on spoiling them. After they talked a little more about the baby it was time to wrap up the event.

A tired yet happy Cassidy walked into the house. The first thing she noticed was Cameron fast asleep on the couch. She walked over and sat down before gently waking him.

"Cam why are you down here?" she grabbed the remote control and turned off the tv.

"I tried waiting up." he grumbled as he stretched.

"You didn't have to. Come on go to bed." she said appreciating the gesture.

"How was it?" he asked sitting up rubbing his eyes.

"Really good. We'll talk in the morning it's late." she said. He gave her a hug before going upstairs. As tired as she was, she knew that she wouldn't be getting any sleep as her stomach felt beyond weird. So she went upstairs, Dave was fast asleep in bed. She rolled her eyes and went straight to the bathroom.
