Chapter 11

*Skip's POV*

"It's positive....I'm pregnant." Those words kept echoing through my head. Bryanna was pregnant. With my child. I...I was going to be a father. My eyes filled with tears of joy as I still stayed hidden under Ellie's bed. "Congratulations Bry! I'm so happy for you!" I heard Ellie cheer and watched as they both hugged. "Thanks" Bryanna replied with a slight giggle but I could tell by the sound of her voice,and the sniffles, that she was also beginning to cry. "I have to make a doctors appointment to make sure but first I want to tell Skip." My stomach turned from happy and excited to nervous and kind of scared. "Do you know where he is?" Bryanna asked. The room became silent and it became more difficult for me to try and not move under the bed. Finally I heard Ellie speak, breaking the silence. "I...umm...I don't know where he is. Why would I know where he is?" She spoke quick. I could tell she was feeling panicky. "Oh ok. Well I'm gonna go call him and find out where he is. I'll see you later." Bry said before I watched her feet make there way towards the door and close when she left the room. I quickly jumped out from under the bed. Ellie turned around and jumped, scared to see me next to her so quickly. "Sorry to scare you." I said, trying my hardest not to laugh. Ellie shook her head. "It's ok." She said and sat down on the edge of her bed. "So you heard all that huh?" Ellie asked. I smiled and sat down next to her. "Yeah I did.... I'm going to be a father." I said quietly. Ellie looked down at the ground. "Congratulations." Ellie said in an insincere tone of voice. "Why don't you seem happier for me?" I looked at her and asked. Ellie stood quickly from the bed and stood in front of me with her hand on her hips. "Skip we fucking just had sex last night and now you're girlfriend is pregnant with your child! What are you gonna do now? You can't tell her about us! She'll hate me and she'll probably be pissed at you too. She might even punish you by keeping you from your baby....like I did with Beau." Ellie practically yelled her words at me but quietly whispered the last part and looked down at the ground. She was spaced out for a while. "Ellie." I said and snapped my fingers in front of her face. She quickly looked up, eyes shiny with tears. I frowned a little. "I...I won't tell Bry." I said with slight guilt. Ellie nodded. "And neither will I." We stood in silence for a few minutes until the loud ringtone of my phone went off. "It's Bry" I said looking down at my phone. "Don't answer it now!" Ellie said grabbing the phone from my hand and shutting the volume off. Footsteps could be heard coming from down the hallway. Ellie quickly pushed me into her bathroom and slammed the door shut. From the other side I could Bryanna enter the room. "Was that Skip's phone?" She asked. "No." I heard Ellie say. "It was just Jai calling to ask when I was coming to pick up Belles." She replied. I sighed of relief. That was a good cover. "Oh ok." Bryanna said and I heard her close the door and left the room again. I slowly opened the bathroom door and cautiously walked out into the bedroom. I saw Ellie pulling back her curtains and opening the window. "You have to climb out." She said and pointed outside. Was she high? There was no way I was climbing out if the second floor window. She must've known what I was thinking because she rolled her eyes. "Skip, you're in the Janoskians. You do crazy shit all the time. I'd think that climbing out of a window would be easy." I thought about it and finally decided to climb out the window. It was the only choice.

Ellie was right. Climbing out the window was easy. Once both feet were on the ground, I ran for the front door. I straightened my clothes out before knocking. The door quickly opened with Ellie on the side. I gave her a confused look. She smiled and turned around. "BRY! SKIP'S HERE!" She shouted. Bryanna coming running down the stairs and leapt into my arms. "I missed you!" She said before pressing a kiss to my lips. "Where were you last night?" She asked with her arms and legs wrapped around me. "I was...ummm..." "It doesn't matter!" She said and jumped off of me. "I have things to tell you!" She cheered, took my hand in hers and lead me up the stairs.
