Chapter 13

*Bryanna's POV*

I held Skip's hand in mine as we both sat down on the couch in the living. I crossed my legs on top of each other and faced Skip. He looked slightly worried and nervous. I took a deep breathe. "I have some news, Skip and I'm not really sure how you'll take it." I said to him. He squeezed my hand lightly and gave me a reassuring smile. "I'm sure whatever it is, it's great." He said. I smiled. "Ok well..." I paused and took another deep breathe. "I'm-I'm pregnant." I finally spit out. Skip immediately reached out and grabbed me in a tight hug. It was almost like he knew what I was going to say already but I brushed off that thought. I smiled and hugged him back. Skip then kissed me on the cheek and pulled back from the hug but still held me at arms length. "I'm so happy." He whispered. I smiled bigger. It was a huge relief that he was happy about us having a baby. "I love you, Bry and I'll be here for you and the baby." Skip said and pulled me into another hug.

*Skip's POV*

I already knew what Bry was going to tell me since I was hiding under the bed when she told Ellie but I had wait impatiently for Bryanna to tell me. I became more nervous as we sat together on the couch. My large sweaty hand held in hers. She finally spit the words out of her mouth. "I'm-I'm pregnant." She said. She barely finished the sentence before I had her in a tight hug. I kissed her on the cheek before pulling back from the hug. "I'm so happy." I whispered to her. I wanted to make sure that she knew that I was happy about our baby, especially considering the events if last night. The smile on Brys face grew bigger. "I love you, Bry and I'll be here for you and the baby." I said before, once again, pulling her into a hug. I wanted to be there for Bryanna through everything. I loved her and although I was stupid, and made a mistake last night, that's never going to happen again. I wanted to be here for my son or daughter and Bryanna.
