Chapter 7

*Beau's POV*

I carried Belle out the front door and strapped her into the back seat of the car. Ellie walked out the door of the flat and walked behind me. I opened the passenger door open for her as she smiled to me and slid into the seat. I closed the door behind her before walking around and hopping into the drivers seat. I started to the car and looked back and Belle, who wore a huge smile and eyes were filled with excitement. I smiled and turned to Ellie. "Ready?" I asked her. Ellie nodded and smiled. I buckled up and started driving.

After driving in the car in silence, Ellie decided to plug her iPhone in. I smiled as the sound of Ed Sheeran played through the speakers of the car. I heard Ellie singing along lightly to the lyrics of "Smile".

Ellie and talked and discussed the wedding while we drove but we then arrived at our surprise destination. I parked the car and climbed out of my seat before taking Belle out of her car seat. Ellie slowly opened the car door and looked around in confusion. "We're..at the zoo?" She asked with a questioning look. I nodded and smiled. "Yup! Come on!" I said and took Ellie's hand in mind while carrying Belle and walking towards the entrance.

*Ellie's POV*

I was really confused as to why going to the zoo was such a big surprise but I let it go and enjoyed the time that Beau, Belle and I spent together. Belle was filled with excitement when looking at all the animals. I think the monkeys were her favorite cause she kept laughing and making faces at them. We had been walking around the zoo for a few hours now and I think we were all getting tired so we decided to head home. As soon as Beau put Belle into her car seat she began falling asleep. I hoped into the passenger seat as Beau climbed into the drivers seat and began driving. "That was a nice surprise." I said to Beau. "Thank you." I smiled at him. He smiled back. "I'm glad you enjoyed it." I looked back to Belle who was now sleeping with her stuffed animal monkey, that Beau bought for her, cuddled under her arm. "I think Belle had a good time too." I said. Beau laughed lightly. "Well tomorrow is our night. You and me are going out with Bryanna and Skip." Beau said to me. I gave a small smile. "That sounds fun but what about Belle?" I asked turning towards the small child. "Don't worry. Jai and Lauren are going to watch her." I smiled wider and nodded. "Sounds like a great idea." I leaned over the seat and gave Beau a light kiss on the lips. I laughed as Beau sharply turned the corner as people in cars beeped there horns. Tomorrow was gonna be a good night.
