Chapter 14

*Ellie's POV*

"Hey Ellie," Beau called as I stood in the bathroom applying my makeup. "Yeah?" I called back before typing my hair up into and ponytail and walking out into my room. Beau was sitting in the chair in the corner of my room. I slid my white vans on and bent down to tie them. When I stood up, Beau was standing in front of me. He took my hands in his and looked me in the eyes. "i want to get married." He said. I giggled. "We are going to get married." "No. I mean sooner. Like next month? I just... after last night I realized how much I love you and I only want to be with you." i felt a small pang of guilt deep inside but I quickly covered it with a smile. "Yes. Yes, of course we can get married next month! Yes!" I cheered before leaping into Beau's arms and giving him a kiss. I still felt the guilt about what happened with Skip but I wasn't going to let that stop me from being happy.

Beau and I walked back downstairs and into the living room where we both plopped down onto the couch. We sat on the couch for about 5 seconds until the doorbell rang. I jumped off the couch and ran to the front door. I threw it open and saw Jai, Lauren, and Belle. "Mommy!" Belle said before leaping into my arms. I hugged her tight and spun her around. Jai and Lauren waved to me and let themselves into the house. "Hi baby. How was your time with Uncle Jai and Aunt Lauren?" I ask Belle. Her smile widened. "We had so much fun! We went to the park and we drew pictures and Uncle Jai let me do his makeup!" She said with excitement. I laughed and placed Belle back on the floor. She ran into the living room as I followed behind her. Jai was sitting on the couch next to Beau and Lauren was sitting in the chair across from them. Belle jumped into Beau's lap and gave him a big hug. Beau smiled and gave Belle a kissed on the forehead. I smiled. Beau really was a good dad. Belle then jumped off his lap and ran upstairs to her room. I walked over and leaned on the arm of the couch. "So Jai. I heard you let Belle do your makeup?" I asked him while trying not to laugh. Jai rolled his eyes and fought back a smile. "He did. Look I have pictures." Lauren said and took out her phone. I ran over to her and looked at the pictures. Jai's face had lipstick and eyeshadow all over his face. It took a lot of effort not to laugh at the pictures. "Aww that's really sweet of you to let her do that." I said to Jai after Lauren and stopped our silent laughter. Jai shrugged. "Yeah well she's my favorite...and my only niece." He said. The four of us continued talking about the latest things until Bryanna and Skip came downstairs. "Hey guys." Skip said before jumping onto Jai's lap. We all laughed at him. Bryanna slowly walked in and sat in the chair next to Lauren. "We have something to tell you guys." She said with a smile and looked over at me. I smiled back. "I um... I'm pregnant." She said. "Oh my god! Congrats!" Lauren said while jumping out of her seat and giving Bry a hug. "Congratulations bro!" Jai and Beau said before gathering, into a kind of gay looking, group hug. After separating from there hug, Beau cleared his throat. "We actually have some news as well. El and I have decided that we are going to get married next month." Bryanna and Lauren quickly turned and looked at me. "Really? Next month?" Bry asked. I smiled and nodded. "Then we need to go dress shopping! Like right now!" Lauren shouted as her and Bry jumped up from there seats. They each grabbed one of my arms and began to drag me out of the door. I laughed and smiled at Beau as they pulled me out the front door and into the stressful world of dress shopping.
