Chapter 3

*Beau's POV*

The bright sunlight coming in through the windows woke me up the next morning in Ellie's bed. I rolled over and saw her beautiful face. Her eyes were closed and a few strands of her blonde hair hung in front of her  face. She had a slight smile on her. She looked so peacefully. I kissed her lightly on the forehead and climbed out of bed, careful not to wake her. I put on a pair of sweatpants and walked down the hall into Belle's room. She was sitting at her little table and chair set drawing a picture. She looked up, with a smile and wide eyes, when she heard me enter the room. "Daddy!" She yelled and jumped up into my arms. "Morning Belles." I said giving her a big kiss on the cheek. She giggled. "Look at my picture!" she cheered as I put her back down on the ground. She ran over to her little table and held up the big piece of white paper. "That's you, and me, and mommy." She said pointing to each person. "We're a family now." She said with a smile and looked up at me. "Yes, Belle.  We're a family now. We're gonna be a big happy family." I said. Belled tackled me in a hug. "I love you, Daddy." she whispered in my ear. I smiled and couldn't help but get a little teary eyed. "I love you too, Belles." I whispered back and held her tighter.

I took Belle's hand and we walked down stairs and into the kitchen. "What should we make for breakfast?" I asked Belle while out her chair and helping into it. She leaned her head on her hand and thought for a minute. "Pancakes!" she said with excitement. I chuckled. "Ok. Pancakes it is then." I opened the top cabinet and reached up to grab the box of pancake mix. I made the pancake batter and Belle helped me mix it. Just as a began to make the pancakes, I heard someone walking down the stairs. I expected it to be Ellie but when I turned around, I saw that it was only Bryanna, along with Skip. "Good Morning" Bryanna sang as she walked over to Belle and gave her a big hug. "Morning." I said back. "Wile night huh?" Skip said patting me on the back. I blushed slightly and shrugged. "What are you talking about?" I asked. "Oh come on! All of Australia could hear you guys last night!" Bryanna said, causing my face to turn bright red. "Well I'm sorry but my girlfriend and I had things to celebrate." I said and flipped a pancake. "Oh yeah? Like what?" Skip asked and sat in a chair next to Bryanna. I didn't answer. "Oh my god. Ellie's not pregnant, is she?" She asked. "No!" I turned to her.  She laughed and held her hands up in defense. "Sorry I asked." She said. Just then Ellie walked through the kitchen door. "Good Morning." she said with a small smile. "Morning beautiful." I said and gave her a light kiss on the lips. "Morning mommy!" Belle said as Ellie walked over to her and gave her a big hug and kiss. "So what was the reason behind the celebration sex last night?" Skip asked with a smile. I gave him the death stare and his smile fell from his face. Ellie's face turned bright red. There was a silence in the kitchen besides for Belle's light signing while she played with her doll. "Well ummm..." Ellie then began to say. "She would tell them?" she asked me. "I don't see why not." "Maybe Belle should tell them." Ellie said with a smile. Belle looked up and the mention of her name. "Belle? What happened last night between daddy and I?" Ellie asked in a quiet voice. Belle thought for a second and then answered. "Mommy and Daddy are gonna get married!!!" She cheered. Bryanna and Skip's jaws dropped and there eyes widened. "Are you serious?" Bryanna asked. Ellie held up her hand and showed off her engagement ring. "Oh my god! It's beautiful!" Bryanna said pulling onto Ellie's hand and looking at the ring. "Congrats Bro." Skip said and punched my arm. "Thanks" I said with a laugh. I looked over at Ellie, who smiled at me. Her smile seemed different in some way. She seemed happier and her eyes looked like they were filled with love.

*Ellie's POV*

I woke up in my bed searching for Beau's warmth but he wasn't there. I sat up in my bed and looked around. I was wearing one of Beau's shirts and noticed that clothes were thrown all over my room. I looked down at my hand and saw my engagement ring sparkling on my finger. I smiled. It wasn't all a dream. Beau and I were going to get married. I slowly crawled out of bed and walked down the hall to Belle's room. I looked around and saw she wasn't there. I began to make my way down the stairs when the scent of pancakes filled my nose. I heard quiet talking. I walked into the kitchen and saw Beau cooking pancakes along with Skip, Bryanna and Belle sitting at the counter. "Good Morning." I said with a smile. "Morning Beautiful." Beau said, giving me a light kiss on the lips. "Morning Mommy!" Belle cheered. I walked over to her and gave her a big hug and kiss. "So what was the reason behind the celebration sex last night?" Skip asked with a smiled. My eyes grew wide and I could feel my face get extremely hot. A silence fell over the kitchen. Belle sang quietly in the corner. I cleared my throat and finally spoke up. "Well umm... should we tell them?" I asked and turned to Beau. He smiled. I don't see why not." he said. I then looked over at Belle. "Maybe Belle should tell them." I said. She looked up at me and smiled when I mentioned her name. "Belle? What happened last night between Daddy and I?" I asked her in a quiet voice. "Mommy and Daddy are getting married!!!" she said with excitement. "Are you serious?" Bryanna asked with her jaw dropped and wide eyes. I held up my hand and showed her my engagement ring. Bryanna pulled my hand closer to her so that she could get a better look at the ring. "Oh my god! It's beautiful!" she said. I smiled and turned around to look at Beau. When I looked at him, I felt different. He wasn't just my boyfriend anymore or my baby daddy. He was my fiance and my soon to be husband.
