Chapter 17

*Beau's POV*

I rolled over in bed to see that Ellie was not laying next to me. After slowly climbing out of bed and walking downstairs, I found her sleeping on the couch with her laptop laying on her stomach. I smiled before walking towards her and picking up the laptop. The laptop lit up and soon a list of wedding venues popped up onto the screen along with other tabs that showed cakes, and bridesmaid dresses. I began to feel bad that Ellie was so rushed to plan the wedding. I placed the laptop on the coffee table and then pick Ellie up in my arms. She mumbled something in her sleep but I couldn't quite tell what she said. I carried her up stairs and placed her gently into bed. I pulled the blanket up over her bare, tan legs and gave her a light kiss on the head. A small smile crept onto her face. I laughed before going back downstairs.

I sat down on the couch where Ellie's sleeping body had just laid. I placed her laptop on my lap and began to close all the tabs that Ellie left open. After everything was closed and the laptop was shut down, I decided that I was going to plan everything for the wedding. I didn't want Ellie to be stressed and worried about it. This was going to all me.

*Ellie's POV*

I woke up in my bed confused. How did I get here? The last thing I remembered was that I ordered a dress for Belle. My thoughts were interrupted by Belle running in and jumping on my bed. "Mommy!" She yell before wrapping her arms around me for a hug. I smiled and hugged her back along with a small kiss on the cheek. Belle looked around the bedroom before looking back at me. "Where's Daddy?" She asked. I shrugged my shoulders. "I'm not sure. Lets see if he's downstairs." I said before picking Belle up in my arms and carrying her downstairs. "Daddy!" She screamed when she saw Beau sitting on the couch. I put Belle down on the floor. Her small feet ran quickly across the floor and jumped onto Beaus lap. "Good morning Princess" he said, giving her a kiss on the forehead. Belle giggled. Beau then whispered something inn her year. She smiled and ran into another room. I walked over and sat down closely to Beau. He wrapped one arm around me and held me closer. I rested my head on his shoulder and Yawned. "Tired?" Beau asked. I nodded. "It's probably because you wake up at the crack of dawn" he said with a smile. I looked up at him. "I know but I just keep worrying about the-" "wedding?" Beau asked cutting me off. I nodded. "I don't want you worrying and planning anything, El. I'm going to do everything and I just want you to be sure that you want to be with me." "Why wouldn't I want to be with you?" I asked him as thoughts about Skip and I swirled into my head. Beau shrugged. "I don't know, El but I love you. You know that right?" "Of course I know that and I love you too" I whispered. Beau then leaned down and pressed his lips to mine. I laughed during the kiss when I heard Belle walk into the room and yell "Eww!" Beau laughed too before holding me close again and gently stroking my hair. I felt so safe in Beaus warm arms and soon I drifted off into a deep sleep once again.
