31. WE'RE A FAMILY

LISA'S POV

I woke up feeling something heavy on my body while my arm is getting numb. When I opened my eyes fully, Leo was on top of me sleeping peacefully, and Jennie was in my right arm while his left arm draped across Leo's tiny boy on top of mine. Oh God, if this is a dream, I would never want to wake up. I can't help but smile when I remembered what happened last night.

Jennie walked out of the bathroom wearing the outfit that I have bought which matches mine and Leo's. When she noticed me staring, she smiled and said "This is very cute. When I saw you two wearing the same pajamas earlier, I felt left out. I didn't know I have one too. Thank you Lisa, really." There goes the butterflies in my stomach again. I..uhmm.. thank you. I thought you wouldn't like it if you and me matched pajamas. I scratched the back of my neck because I was not really sure what to say. She smiled and blushed, or I think she just had a lot of alcohol earlier. She sat down by the right side of the bed, ready to lay down. But her hair is still wet. "Jennie, I don't think it would be good if you sleep with your hair still wet." She touched the towel and laughed. "Gosh, I'm so tired and a bit tipsy. I forgot my hair." She got up and went to near the vanity mirror and plugged the hair dryer. I immediately went behind her when she sat down. "Let me help you. You're tired enough. You just sit there." She smiled in the mirror and said, "Well, if you insist." I smiled and started to blow dry her hair while alternating it with brushing. She was staring at me in the mirror and I smile at her every now and then while trying to look just normal when I really wanted to kiss her because of her stares. When I finished, she got up and faced me. Smiling, she said, "Thank you Lisa." Then she suddenly kissed me hungrily. I was so lost for a moment that it took a while for me to kiss her back even hungrier. She started caressing my back and my member started growing. I started kissing her neck while she moaned. Then we suddenly heard Leo crying. OH MY GOD! I have forgotten he's with us. Jennie might have been just intoxicated because she stared at me for a while with shock on her face before we race to Leo. My poor baby had a nightmare. Thank God he did not really woke up. Jennie hugged him and sang him lullaby which made me feel like I'm in heaven hearing an angel sing. After our boy calmed down, Jennie herself was already half asleep. She did not say a word, so before she really falls asleep, I stood up and went to her side. "Jennie, I'm so sorry. I wasn't able to help myself. I'll go sleep on the couch." I was about to walk away but Jennie held my hand. "Sleep with us. Please. We want you here with us." I looked at her while she was trying not to close her eyes. "Are you sure?" She nodded and smile. Who am I to say no, right? So I settled on Leo's left side and faced her while she smiled before drifting to sleep. Not long, I drifted to sleep too.

I watched them for awhile before Jennie's eyes fluttered open. She looked at me for a minute before realizing our position. She suddenly got up and said,"Oh gosh. What am I doing? I'm sorry Lisa. Your arm might have been hurting." I just laughed at how cute she is when panicking. "Hey hey. It's okay. I would even do this everyday. Come back here. I know you're still tired." She hesitated before snuggling back. She was about to go back to sleep when Leo woke up. He stared at me and then to Jennie. He then smiled. "Goodmorning Mommy and Dada! I love you guys!" My heart melted with this little guy. Jennie kissed her his head. "Goodmorning too, baby. You're so cheesy early in the morning huh." I caressed his back using my left hand. "Goodmorning buddy. You've had a nice sleep huh?" He smiled at me then to Jennie. "I dreamt that we went to the zoo! You mommy, dada and me." He looked at me and asked, "Can we go to the zoo dada? Please?" I looked at Jennie and she said, "I don't have work today, so I'm in." I smiled and nodded. "Yes. We can go to the zoo, then go shopping after. I promised you yesterday your prize, right?" He pushed himself up, which now he was sitting on my stomach. "Right. You promised me." Jennie also got up. "Okay, but first, you go take a shower while I order breakfast." He then looked at me and said, "Yes mommy. But we have to take a photo first. Look, we are all wearing a family outfit. We look like a real family!" Jennie looked at me and I shrugged. I looked at Leo and he winked at me. Good, this was part of the our "mission". I took my phone and at the same time, Jennie also took hers which we decided we'll have 3 pictures each which I made my wallpaper and I took Leo and Jennie's photo together which I made as lockscreen. I took Leo to bath because he said he wanted me to bath him while Jennie ordered our breakfast.

"Look! Dada! A koala. It's so cute!" Leo was ecstatic. I am carrying him so that he can see more clearly the koala bear hugging the tree. Jennie laughed behind us. "Well, would you look at that! You and the Koala looked the same." Leo, being the smart kid said, "Dada is the tree" and then laughed with his mom. Gosh, I won't mind being a tree if that makes them laugh. We went to every animal here in the Zoo. That little guy won't stop running and asking the zoo keepers if he can pet the animals he find cute. I just walk beside Jennie. I even carried her bag with the reason that Leo may want her to carry him. And ofcourse, my son gets the assignment, he would take Jennie's hand, take her to a fence he can't reach and make Jennie carry him. Then looks at me so that I can take him from Jennie and reason out "Mommy will be tired. Let dada carry you, okay?" He nodded and Jennie laughed. Leo would hold mine and Jennie's hand everytime someone will smile at Jennie or me. You're doing it right son! Let's show them family.

After the zoo, we went to eat to a nearby restaurant. Then we went to the mall. As we stroll by the kids corner, there was a guy who went near Jennie. They were talking for a while and I felt jealousy running in my blood when he made Jennie laugh. Publicly. I then ask Leo, "Baby, do you know who is that guy your mommy was talking to?" He looked at the guy and told me, "That's Doctor Moore. He said he likes mommy. But mommy does not like him. What should we do dada?" I guess my son was so into this mission. I looked outside the store and saw a flower shop. "I have an idea!" Then we went out without Jennie noticing. We bought a bouquet of tulips and went back to the store silently. Leo then ran to Jennie with the bouquet while I follow behind. "Mommy! Look! Dada got you flowers." Jennie looked at me confused and I walked to her, "I just thought that the flowers looked very beautiful. Which reminds me of you even in the morning that you just woke up." She blushed and wasn't able to say a word. I looked at the guy in front of him and took Leo in my arms. Then he said, "You are?" I didn't know where I got my confidence but I said, "Lisa. Leo's dad and Jennie's wife." Then I offered a handshake. He was stunned but took my hand before shaking. "Oh. I'm Dr. Park's colleague. I'm Dr. David Moore. I did not know Jennie had a wife. I thought she was a single mom." I smirked. Jennie was also too stunned to speak. She never thought I would be this confident again. "Now you know. She's not available." "Yeah. I have my dada. She's a CEO. We're a family." Leo interrupted which made the doctor flustered. "Right. I'll see you around Doctor Park. Lisa." Then he turned around and walked away. Jennie then looked at me curiously, "What was that? You two were teaming up. Right?" Leo and me looked at each other before I turned to the toys and said, "Oh! Look Leo! That's what you want to buy right?" "Yes, you're right dada!" Then we dashed to the robots area while we heard Jennie laughed softly.
