[It didn't take... us up, literally]

"I wonder if there's a way to make it not so dangerous," Annabeth pondered.

"Well-" Apollo started.

"No way," Zeus thundered, interrupting Apollo.

"This isn't your domain father," Apollo argued.

"I am the king, and as king, what I say goes," Zeus declared.

"But I'm the god of medicine," Apollo rebutted.

"I don't care," Zeus said.

"Now Zeus, brother, let's calm down and hear what Apollo has to say," Hestia said, before the fight could go on.

"But-" Zeus tried, but was silenced with a stern look from Hestia.

"Thank you, Aunt Hestia. Anyway, I was going to say, we could try and alter it slightly, but it might restrict the healing benefits. There's pro and cons," Apollo stated.

"What if there was a way to make it so it was like my water healing abilites?" I asked.

"That could work, but there's side effects to that as well. I think as it is, is probably best," Apollo admitted. With that we fell silent and turned back to the book.

[Annabeth was... metal detector]

"Is that working again yet?" I asked, whispering. Annabeth shook her head slowly. It hasn't been working for a couple months now, from what she told me, and I keep asking out of curiosity because I know it was one of her most prized possesions.

"Hey, do you still have that knife?" Luke asked.

"No. I lost it," Annabeth said sadly.

[Grover wore... of Zeus]

"Really, Percy?" Thalia asked, raising an eyebrow.

"In my defense, your story was still in my head," I told her.

[Chiron was... on things."]

"Seriously Chiron," Travis said, incredulously.

"What?" Chiron asked, confused.

"That was a horrible pun," Connor deadpanned.

"Don't worry boys. I'll work with him," Hermes told his sons.

[I heard... caught you."]

Luke hid a flinch when he came in in the book.

[Annabeth blushed... Maia"]

Those who knew what shoes they were, looked towards Hermes.

"What, you thought that would activate mine? I have mine so it's only activated by me; otherwise I leave myself vulnerable to pranks. Duh," Hermes explained.

[White bird's... Grover said]

"Yeah, you keep telling yourself that," Grover muttered. Luke hid another flinch.

[Luke smiled... as Annabeth]

Annabeth slightly smacked my arm for that one as others snickered.

["Hey, man... Am not"]

"Yeah, you were," Grover teased. Annabeth glared at him for that one.

["You let... you, Percy?"]

"Because you love me," I teased.

"I don't know why though," she teased back.

"Ouch," I said, feigning offense.
