Call your heart back to you
For it is calling away from you
Can't you hear it?
Call your powers back to you
Stop, breathe, still yourself
Your mind is your universe
Go noble, go silent
Truly you are the center of your own universe
Breathe back all the creative energy back into yourself
Pause, inhale, silence yourself
You are your own tree of life
Your thoughts are the leaves
Allow only healing energy to flow through your mind
Every conceivable desire will make itself known to you
Ground yourself in silence
Day and night you will hear each desire
Listen to the sound of your desire deeply
Soon more will cascade into you in abundance
Observe the silence of your heart
Still yourself in silence
It symbolizes the spirit of your soul
Is it breaking or is it healing over you?
Hear the sound of the deepest calling of your heart
Preoccupy yourself with the places it leads you
Ground yourself in awareness
You are safe, for your heart is satisfied there
Without your heart, there is no you left
Breathe, smile, center yourself
Let the silence of your heart move forward
