Scream loud, don't hold back!

When life wants to laugh through you

Laugh as loud and hard as you can!

When life wants to cry through you

Let it flow without resistance!

When life wants to sleep through you

Lay yourself down without hesitation!

When life wants to feel through you

Make it raw, make it real!

When life wants to flow through you

Merrily go along with it

When life wants to carry through you

Allow the energy to make its way through your heart and mind

When life wants to praise you

Accept the healing in the frequency
