Katie
I'm screaming so loud that I can hear glass shattering in one of the classrooms. Somebody puts a hand over my mouth.
"Stop screaming, you idiot!" The voice I heard scolds in an angry tone. I open my eyes and Mrs. Catherine is gone.
"WHAT DID YOU DO WITH HER, YOU DEMON?!?!?" I shriek.
"She left by herself." The voice says coldly. "And I suggest you don't call me that or your days will be numbered." I shut my mouth and I shiver in sheer fear.
Chills run up my spine when the voice puts a hand on my shoulder. "There is one thing I learned about you at this very moment, Katie."
"D-don't c-call me by n-name." I stutter quietly.
"What am I supposed to call you?!?" The voice cries, sounding more like a whiny 6 year-old. "MARGE?!?!?" "Mm. Fair enough." I respond.
"Well, MARGE, I just learned today that-" "Just please stop talking to me." I shudder. "You're just like the others." The voice growls.
I notice the objects around me start FLOATING!!! "What the heck?!?" I cry in terror.
I see a figure in Mrs. Catherine's chair. I try to get out of the chair to break into a sprint, but my whole body is tied up somehow to the chair. I scream in horror.
I turn forward quickly and I see glowing red eyes. "Relax, dummy." The voice says in an angry tone. "Your nightmare will be over in a bit."
A fire starts behind me. "OH MY GOSH PUT THAT AWAY BEFORE IT BURNS ME!!!!" I shriek. "Baby," The voice mutters.
The figure bursts into a fit of blue flames. "OH GOSH!" I scream. The flames settle, and just as I suspected, standing there is-
"I AM EMERALD LILLIGAN!" My psycho cousin yells.
Thank you, Captain Obvious. My brain mutters. "W-what do you w-want from m-me?" I stutter, terrified. "I don't really WANT anything, per se?" The girl says, twirling her brunette curls. "It's more of a demand. So listen to me."
I sit up straight in my seat just to show her that I care and she doesn't have to murder me.
"You have no idea the truth about me, do you?" She turns to me, her red-tinted emerald colored eyes burning into my soul. "They filled you up with lies, didn't they?"
"N-No, Ma'am." I stutter. "I DIDN'T ASK FOR YOUR OPINION!" Emerald shrieks, making me jump despite the fact I'm tied up to my chair.
"DON'T 'NO MA'AM' ME! Ahem. They didn't tell you about the witch, I presume?" She looks at me but I don't respond.
"Just what I thought." Emerald drums her fingers on Mrs. Catherines desk, looking pensive. She slams her hand down on the smoothed-out wood after a few seconds.
"Dang it, those people." She mutters angrily to herself. She turns her head towards me and notices the uncomfortable look on my face.
"You wanna say somethin'?" She asks, pointing her index finger towards me effortlessly, her eyes wide with interest.
Although I sigh in relief, I still nervously stare down her finger to make sure she doesn't curse me or something. "What do you mean by a witch?" I blurt out, forgetting everything about Emerald having a plausible chance of being a demon.
"Oh, you're too young for that story," She waves her hand in a dismissive way, making me flinch. I don't question her, though.
"Look, tiny child, what I CAN tell you is that I ain't no demon incarnate, m'kay? Do I make myself clear?"
