~On Earth~

After Anne had calmed down slightly from finding out that Sprig had cut up some of her clothes to make his costumes, she looked towards her sewing machine.

She saw multiple drawings of different variations of costumes that Sprig had drawn. It reminded her of something but Anne just couldn't put her finger on it.

She looked back at Sprig and smiled at him. "Okay dude, you're off the hook," she glared "This time"

Sprig looked around the room, but not in his usual just curious way. He was looking for something. He went over to a corkboard I had on one of my walls. It was filled with pictures of family and friends.

"Anne can I ask you something" Anne sat down on my bed and she nodded her head.

"Why don't you have any pictures with (Y/n) on your board, I thought you guys were friends"

Anne was confused for a second, Anne did have photos with (Y/n) didn't she?

Anne got up and went to look at what Sprig was talking about. Anne scanned all the photos, some of her parents, some of Sasha and Marcy, and even a few of the planters from their time on Earth, but Sprig was right. There were no pictures of (Y/n), "huh, I could have sworn I had pictures of them" Anne shrugged and went at laid on her bed again.

"Do you even care about them?" Anne shot up from her bed.

"What do you mean, of course, I care about them, they are one of my closest friends" Anne defended herself, Sprig doesn't even look at her.

"I think you were a bad friend of theirs, Anne" Sprig still didn't look at her. Her face held shock and hurt expressing, how was she a bad friend. Sprig finally looked at her "I only had one or two conversations with them but I saw the way you, Sasha, and Marcy treated them"

"How was I a bad friend?" Anne asked, no expression present in her voice.

"Anne, where were they during the valcakeno battle?" Spring asked her knowing that she wouldn't know the answer.

She took a moment to think. "Hiding," she answered confidently "Not helping with the wasps" Anne half mumbled the last bit.

Sprig sighed. "You're wrong, they saved me, Hop Pop, and Polly from a wasp and got stung in the process." Anne gasped. "I bet you didn't know that, they were paralyzed while you enjoyed some of the wasps. Nobody even checked on them except me"

"What?" Anne wasn't even upset anymore more worried.

"Did you see the drawsidoodle board nearly hit them when Sasha threw it" Anne sat on the bed again just thinking.

"Did you know that most of you didn't even know (Y/n) left the dinner" Sprig wanted to get everything out, he didn't know why but he needed Anne to know that how she was treating (Y/n) was wrong.

Anne's bedroom door opened just a crack and Polly came through. She looked a little glummer as she came in and stood next to Sprig. "Nobody noticed when they were upset when we were eating."

Anne paused. "Why were they upset them we were just talking about fun memories?" Anne asked, nobody could tell the emotion behind her voice, it was a strange mixture of worry, confusion, and anger.

"They said something about dress rehearsal, for the school play" Polly shared. "I couldn't hear exactly what they said"

"Oh" was all Anne got out, she knew why they were upset about that. Anne sat on her bed for a moment speechless. Her expression was almost unreadable but one part was definitely guilt.
