Chapter 18

(Sorry if this chapter kinda sucks. I felt like having Dez be unusual in this chapter.

Dez's POV

I've been getting to the point where I regret everything I do. The only thing that keeps me sane is Kellin. The only thing's I don't regret is my music and Kellin. I'm pretty positive I'm not insane but I feel like I am.

"Here babe." Kellin said, handing me water and my pill.

"Thanks."

I took my pill and I instantly felt a lot better about myself. "Better?" He asks.

I nod. "Much." I sighed.

"What happened in the last four months?" He asked.

"I had a bad dream. It's like it turned off my saneness." I said.

Flashback

I was being chased by something. I couldn't tell what it was. It was like a wolf, but different.

"What do you want?!" I shrieked. It said nothing. It just gave me a devilish grin. It morphed to an old lady. Or what I thought was an old lady. It was a fallen angel. Fallen angels try to possess a human body. I felt it trying to get in my body, I tried as hard as I could to keep it out.

"Let me in." It demanded.

"Never." I said.

"Let me in or you die." It said.

"I'd rather die than give my body to some thing." I said. It gave me pain. Not like birth pain. A Lot worse than that. I cried as loud as I could.

"Stop!" I screamed. Another devilish grin.

"Never." It hissed.

Flashback over

I was better than I was a month ago. I'm getting better. Slowly but surely.

"Can you tell me?" He asked. I shook my head.

"It's so hard to say." I said.

"You know tour starts up in a couple weeks, right?" I nodded. I hate the fact that I'll be away from Kellin that long.

"I wish you didn't have to go." I said.

"I know, but you'll have Alex to help you around here." He said, smiling.

"But he's not the same. I can't kiss him whenever I want to." I said.

"I know," He wrapped his arms around me. "You can but it'd be awkward." He laughed. I laughed along with him.

Alex. I'd totally forgot about him. After the kiss, I didn't talk to him much. "I'll just miss you so much." I said.

"I know, I'll miss you too." I laid my head on his chest.

The next day

I woke up next to Kellin, naked. Did we have sex? I couldn't remember, honestly. I got dressed, walked downstairs and ate me some cereal. A few minutes later, Kellin walked downstairs.

"Did we have sex?" He asked, looking around.

I shrugged. "Honestly, I don't know." I said, eating my cereal.

"We'll just leave it a no." He said, grabbing a water and walking into the music room. He's been spending a lot of time in there. Probably writing new music. My phone rang.

"Hello?" I asked with a mouthful of cereal.

"Dez? It's Bayli." She said.

"Hey Bay." I said.

"I have big news." She said.

"What's that?" I asked.

"I'm engaged!" She squealed.

"Holy shit! Really?!" I asked.

"Yep! You're invited to the wedding!"
