Chapter 28

Following the events, as they explained Unicron's ship incident, I have always been accompanied by a bot. Unless I was doing something that needed privacy. Most of the time I was with Steve since he could be replaced by another bot to do his duties. I convinced Megatron (again) to celebrate another tradition we humans have, some at least.

Thanksgiving was coming up, and even though it was skipped and run over by Christmas, might as well get the bots to do something that's not working. I have been thanked by some of the vehicons and maybe Knockout for it. Though I wonder can their holoforms eat? I'll have to ask, I don't want to waste money on large amounts of food if they can't eat it.

"Hey, Steve," He looked over at me, "Yes?" "Can everyone's holoforms eat human food?" I asked, sitting criss-cross. "Yeah." The doors hissed, and in came Starscream. I haven't seen him in a while, I was told he was a neutral for some time. He didn't seem to notice us, and came and grabbed something off the table.

"Hey, Starscream!" He stopped everything he was doing and turned in our direction, getting many waves. "Ah, Daisy, and vehicon-" "Steve, not vehicon. He's Steve." I crossed my arms, hearing a rather irritated groan. "Yes, Steve... Unfortunately, I can't stay, I have duties to get on with." and with that, he left.

"What were those things?" I asked, my curiosity spiking. He shrugged, I'm guessing they don't tell him many things. The alarms had started going off, alarming of nearby Autobots. "They can never leave us alone, can they?" Steve said, going to the door and leaving, locking the door behind him.

This was one of the most secure places on the Nemesis, and not many came in this room, except me and Steve. They hid many of the relics in here, and some questionable stuff... but I won't say what it is, and I'm not going to ask what they are. The battle could be heard outside, but it was mostly muffled. Hopefully, Steve is alright.

He sometimes does really dangerous things, he almost got offline multiple times. He has even lost an arm from Arcee once, or at least that's what I was told. I put both of my hands to my ears, blocking the sounds of explosions right outside my door, Steve was right, they can never leave us alone.

End of POV

The four Autobots walked through the halls of the Nemesis, the alarms not triggered yet. Daisy had disappeared once again, the camera had fuzzed when Megatrons appearance was seen. They still haven't found out Daisy wanted to be here, with her true family. They ran into a group of patrolling vehicons, and they soon contacted Megatron about it before they were offline.

More vehicons had started coming, and so had the main men of the crew shown up. Sound wave led them away from Daisy had much as he could, and they soon caught on to his plan. No Autobot was left without a dance partner. The battle started getting deadlier, as more and more had fallen to the ground. The Autobots soon were losing, but they keep fighting, moving towards Daisy.

Their determination came in clutch as one Autobot managed to get in the room. Bumblebee moved over to Daisy's sleeping form, she had fallen asleep from stress. "Don't take another step Autobot scum." the familiar voice of Starscream had yelled, pointing his missile straight at his back, ready to fire at any monument.

If bumble thought he was going to get away with her, he was truly mistaken. Starscream thought, moving closer. Bumblebee was waiting for the perfect monument, but he knew he couldn't move out of the way, the missile could go straight towards Daisy, no way he could be that fast to get her out of there.

He couldn't go after Starscream right away, he could have his chest with a hole in it. Soon Arcee busted into the room, waking Daisy out of her sleep. "Shoot Bee and I'll shoot your processor." She was surprised to see Bumblebee with a missile at his back and Acree behind Starscream pointing her laser guns at his head. And to her surprise, Soundwave came in with his tentacles ready to strike.

If this was a tv show she'd be laughing, but of course, this wasn't and death was right outside her door, seriously. Soon enough Bumblebee was the one to make the first move, causing a missile to almost strike his head, Starscream to get his helm fried, and Arcee to get shocked by Soundwaves tentacles.

Bumblebee dodges multiple attacks, running out of the room, and leaving with Arcee. Soundwave left, and Starscream stayed, knowing if he left another Autobot would come in here and actually take her that time. He wasn't risking a beating or losing someone, not again.
