Daisy sat at the edge of the nemesis, staring into the fluffy clouds that floated in the blue sky. Work had increased in the nemesis, leaving Daisy to have no one to talk, play, or interact with without an 'I'm busy.' It made Daisy feel neglected again but she stayed silent. Everything she did the past few days was by herself, having an infinite amount of time to herself.
She sighed, rubbing her eyes to rid the feeling of tiredness. She shook her head, standing up from her spot. She yawned, stepping away from the ledge that meant a lot in her thoughts. She felt like she was being watched, the feeling making her shiver ever so often.
She thought back on the feeling she had when her friend, Steve was hurt. Protectiveness? She didn't know, she felt this feeling swell. Maybe it was the guilt of not figuring out how to ensure Steve wasn't hurt in the process or from the beginning of the attack.
Daisy had been visiting Predaking more often, he was the one that never seemed to be busy at all times. But usually, it was only a ten-minute talk or something before he was pulled away for something. Mostly because the Autobots have been getting stronger and more active, what was going on?
She waved to the human motion sensor, the medbay doors opening for her. She walked in, looking around. Many injured vehicons were being treated, and with only one Decepticon doctor it took more time and more work to deal with all the vehicons at the rate they were coming in. She walked past the vehicons and to the ladder that lead to her safe space, at least it was to her.
She climbed it, huffing once she got to the top, why were the counters and her hideout so high up? She crawled to her blanket fort made of different useless tools she had gotten from Knockout and blankets from Soundwave.
The watched feeling slowly melted away when she sat down on her pillows, maybe it was Soundwave, he was always watching. But it felt different, she was having this bed feeling like how she had felt before the fire had came flowing through her home...
She didn't want to think about it right now, her mother wouldn't want her to dwell on it either. She sucked in a breath but soon stopped breathing when the lights flickered and turned off. She heard panic shuffles and other noises like grunts and words being passed around. Daisy crawled out of her safety spot, flashing her forgotten phone light around.
She got up and sauntered over to the wire that never was taken away, she was glad of that. Her feet hit the ground after sliding down the snakey wire, almost dropping her phone in the process. She mumbled to herself, walking to the slightly open medbay door. She slid through the crack and looked left and right with her phone and eyes. The dark was always there, being noticed in the light.
Daisy couldn't help but think positively, There's always a brighter side to the dark - like extra sneakiness for snacks! She giggled to herself, walking down the empty and dark hallways. Stopping when she had a logical thought, that's what Shockwave would probably say. If the lights are out, does that mean the ship was falling or out of energon or something? There would always be a reason for the lights being out, or if it's for a horror movie, that worked.
She shined her phone flashlight around, soon making it around a corner to see a functioning light. She walked into the light, looking up at the light, and saw something eating metal wires. A scraplet was eating the ceiling light, making it flicker and the lights popped off. Daisy never felt so much disappointment in seeing one, she shook her head and continued.
She needed to tell Megatron why the lights were going out, hopefully, that won't cause problems right? Daisy thought of Megatron meeting a scraplet, would he squash it and have no fear? Or would he run and scream like a little girl from it? The thought brought a smile back to the girl's face, but she knew the latter was probably a myth, probably.
The feeling of being watched was most present now, crawling on her skin and making her feel uneasy and tense. And the fact that everything was eerily quiet, no stomping of soldiers or rustling of the distant conversation or scraplets eating away at the lights. Nothing.
She was in the middle of the hallway, and her phone was dying fast, screw you iPhones. Her flashlight flickered, and soon, it was pitch black, and she was scared. Daisy stumbled in the dark, tripping falling on her face, crack...
She lifted her head up, getting to her knees. She put a hand to her nose, feeling the liquid run down her nose, she determined that it was blood. Tears were trickling from her eyes, she felt so alone and vulnerable. Where was everyone, why was it so dark, what was this dark feeling? She felt the ground tremble, light footsteps coming closer, but were they footsteps?
"Hello? I can't see you!" Daisy sniffed, wiping her tears and her blood away.
A dreadful voice soon spoke to her, "But I can see you..." Daisy's eyes widened, that wasn't who she thought it was... was it? Daisy backed up from her spot, bumping into a wall. "Don't run, I can make this quick. It will be a while before you wake..." Then, white noise soon filled Daisy's ears, she had passed out.
