Last Time:

Time to hunt down an evil wizard's hidden lab ...

"Figures. First it rains and today it snows." RazorBlood muttered, but Adrian seemed fine with the news so he gave the teen the medical orb. "Considering the weather where you're going I just programmed the bank address too. The password for your parents' graves is 'visit' and 'bank' for the bank. The return password is the same. When you get to the bank, hand them this if they want any information or account details." He said and handed over a card.

"Thank you." Adrian said gratefully as he took the orb and card. "Visit."

Next Adrian realized he was standing in front of a cemetery. It was a completely different one from yesterday, but just as solemn. Still Adrian paused and took in the oddly peaceful atmosphere despite being so cold. It was then he said the next password and soon appeared in front of the bank.

After walking inside and brushing off the snow from his new winter coat he went to the human clerk, "Excuse me. I'm here to check my grandma's account." Adrian said and handed her the card once she asked for the very details he didn't know.

It was as if the necessary information was beamed straight into her mind. As a result she went ahead as if Adrian told her everything himself. In a few moments he was going through the accounts.

Nothing was obvious at first. Just money, old transactions from when she was in the hospital two years ago, the land that had the remains of the house where the ritual wasand insurance information. Finally, there was something that seemed to not be connected to the old woman or her former medical needs.

"Um where are these payments going? Shouldn't they be stopped since grandma has passed?" Adrian asked and pointed to the line of information.

"Huh?" For a moment the clerk didn't seem to see it, but then she looked at the total amount of money from the month before. "That's odd. I'll stop all transfers."

"Thank you." Adrian said before committing the address to memory.

Oliver must've made automatic payments to someone at that address. Adrian thanked her again and asked the clerk if she knew where the address was. Thankfully, it was near the house, which was close to the graveyard, so he carefully used the orb to return to the cemetery.

"Let's see ... The street was ... Oh. It's right there." Adrian commented and went down the street.

Once the cemetery wasn't in sight anymore he stopped in front of an abandoned truck that became part of a tree after so long. According to the broken mailbox lying in a heap nearby there should be a house there and it's the one he was looking for. Adrian only hummed thoughtfully before going up to the truck door.

A glow came from the handle as his fingers wrapped around it. Suddenly, the door opened revealing that it led into a house. Inside was obviously not a muggle workshop despite it definitely being a muggle house. After all, the first thing he saw was a cauldron in the center of the living room next to the tv.

Adrian went in and shut the door, "When did he do this- ... the hospital."

The memory of the information he looked through earlier resurfaced. Oliver's grandma would've noticed sooner and said something, but she didn't bring it up until it was too late. However, it's obvious an underage wizard couldn't get away with tricking so many people without alerting someone.

Perhaps the experiments started in the old woman's home. By the time she returned Oliver must've found a solution to hiding the underage magic. Maybe he moved his lab before his grandma returned, but why? He had no issues with killing her so why not just use magic to keep her quiet and he could continue working in the house. Instead he had been draining an old woman's money to rent a property.
