The class was done in a blink of an eye. Shoyo got bored with the rest of the subjects as their professors gave them free time to get to know the rest of the class.
He had fun conversations with Lev though as he sat beside him during the first subject before they got their assigned seats for the rest of the year.
He still sat by the same window which is great as the view was his favorite.
Lev on the other hand was seated in front as the professor wants him to focus on each subject.
Which made the white lion get sad as he can no longer have a chat with the tangerine.
Shoyo had a new seatmate and it was an eagle-winged male with grey and white feathers.
He had a strange bob haircut and his bangs were perfectly lined on his forehead.
The male eagle introduced himself to him first as Shoyo got intimidated by his serious gaze.
His name was Goshiki a freshman just like him.
They had a small talk and that was it. Shoyo was too shy to talk about anything else as he never really knew about their culture well yet, as he is just from the outside world.
When class ended he and Lev had to walk in opposite directions as he had to go back to Ms. Kiyoko and the lion had to meet his older sister who was waiting for him at the Academia's library.
"Bye Shoyo! See ya tomorrow!"
"Bye Lev!"
And so Shoyo walked back to his new home but before he went inside he takes off the fake cat ears which were making his ear a bit itchy.
He knocked 3 times on the secret door before it opened on its own.
"How was your first day, Shoyo?"
A woman wearing a black simple dress was sitting on a couch as she continues to read her spell book.
And a bunch of papers and books around her table as well.
It was messy.
And yet the whole floor was pristine, not a single dust found.
Magic is truly amazing, Shoyo thought as he put down his bag and sat down on his seat which was crafted by Kiyoko herself.
She wanted to give him a welcome gift even though he was the one living under her roof.
"It was great! I made tons of friends! And they were truly kind!"
He chimed as he giggled like a kid on a holiday. Kiyoko looked at him and smiled.
Relieve that he had no problem with going to such a strange place after coming into such a strange world as well.
The mysterious mountain is still in the same world as outside, but the difference is that this place was protected by the Sun God who wanted to make a place in Nirvana.
But Kiyoko believes otherwise as there are still a lot of things to uncover in their domain.
It's the peculiar people and the strange phenomenon in the mountains.
But since this outsider came, their realm was different not only in the surrounding area but in the energy of their magic as well.
"Shoyo I want you to wear this red band on your wrist."
She then gives the young one the item she just finished making.
Shoyo accepted it and stared the item down before putting it on his wrist.
