Kiyoko pushed the huge door open, it was quiet even with its huge size.
Shoyo thought it would make a creaking sound as the doors looked ancient enough.
"They used a spell to not make any noise inside here. So even if we're conversing in a normal range the people who are reading cannot hear what we are both talking about. As they know privacy is a must here, not only to silence."
The tangerine looked around impressed by how big the place was.
The shelves were almost reaching the building's ceilings.
The books were so many that he felt a bit overwhelmed by them.
Kiyoko then scans her ID to the librarian as she lets them pass instantly.
The librarian knows the witch as like a VIP to them as she has visited the place for years now.
But showing an ID is still a must.
"I'll be in the spells section. You can tour the place if you want. Just remember, I will be here if you need anything, Okay."
The woman said as she looked at her student who nodded in response.
And so Shoyo's tour began.
He looked at every section to find a topic or subject he can be interested in but he hasn't found any.
Sighing, he stumbles upon a dusty book with a picture of a strange bird on it.
Until it hit him.
It was the very same bird he had seen before he entered the mountains!
He then sat down beside a window and dusted off the book, making him sneeze a few times.
He opened the book only for a piece of paper to fall on his lap.
There were words written on it.
Shoyo tried to speak them one by one as he was new to the words on the paper.
"P... He... O... Nix?"
His vision darkened after saying those words.
His head lay down beside the window as his hand was still holding the book and the paper in place on his lap.
No one saw him blacked out as everyone else was too busy reading in silence.
They cannot hear him hit his head as well as the magic was there.
"What the... What just happened?"
Shoyo woke up and found himself sleeping under a golden-leafed tree.
He looks around still confused about what just happened to him.
He felt like someone just hit his head or something.
He touched the back of his head as he assumed he got hit.
"Well... Well... Well... Look who finally showed up..."
Shoyo bounced back in fright when he heard a voice behind the mist that was surrounding him and the tree.
His legs quiver in fear as he backs up toward the tree.
"Why are you afraid? You know me very well!"
The voice roared making the poor kid tremble even more.
Shoyo gulped down his imaginary saliva as he fumbled his words in fear.
"I I I do Do NIT NOT know You, Sir!"
