Morning came and Sakusa woke up hearing someone cooking in his kitchen.
He rubbed his eyes as he went downstairs only to see the ginger wearing an apron with their school uniform as he made breakfast for the both of them.
"Good Morning Omi-san."
The tangerine greeted not looking back at the ferret who went to drink some water in the morning.
Sakusa responded with a hum as he drank his water.
He stared at the back of the busy ginger as he smiled.
This moment felt so natural.
Like it has always been him and the ginger who has been living in this house for years now.
He had a sudden urge to hug the ginger behind as he kept staring at the small male.
Instead of giving a hug. He patted him on his head instead.
The tangerine flinched at the sudden contact but he let it slide as he was fine with it.
"I'll go take a bath... If you finish earlier than me, you can go to the Academy first... It's better if our friends won't notice us living together..."
The tall male said in his morning deep voice as he parted with the ginger when he softly caressed the orange hair for a moment.
Shoyo blushed secretly as he felt his heart pounding inside his chest.
He remembered a memory from their past together when they would wake up in each other's arms on their bed.
And Sakusa would always greet him with a morning kiss every day.
"Shoyo! Snap out of it! That was in a different world! Not here!"
He silently shouted at himself as he sighed sadly.
But he can't help but smile at himself as he couldn't believe he married Sakusa in that world.
He was a definition of a perfect husband alright.
Even though he may seem antisocial towards others, he was a great husband and father to him and their son.
The tangerine sighs again as he begins to wash the dishes.
He ate his breakfast and brushed his teeth before he left the house.
Of course, he didn't forget to write a note for the male ferret that the dish with a cover was his breakfast and the lunch box with a traditional cover was thanks for letting him stay in his house in the meantime.
He left the house with a smile as he walked to the Academy.
"Shoyo! How are you? We were so worried when we heard that you got asked by the high priest to see him privately!"
Lev shouted as he ran to the ginger.
Shoyo sighed as he almost forgot about that stupid memory.
"I'm fine... He just asked some questions about my identity and why I hid my real animal traits..."
The tired ginger responded with a bored look on his face.
Lev felt bad but he smiled knowing that the ginger will be fine as he knew he was strong.
"Okay! Kuroo and Kenma got worried so that's why I asked."
The Russian cat said as he yawned because it was early in the morning.
