Niall’s P.O.V.

Zayn and Liam were really loud last night. I don’t know what they were doing, but their bed kept bumping the wall. I have the room right next to theirs. I would ask them, but I don’t want to sound to naïve. They always make fun of me for being the youngest and not knowing things. But it’s not my fault I seemed so innocent. At least now there was Josh, who was even younger than me.

I couldn’t believe it when Josh showed up with Zayn. It was like everything I had hoped for had come true. Zayn found Liam, and I found Josh. Everything was amazing and right.

“Niall?” Josh whispered in my ear.

“Yeah?” I asked, turning my head to face him. Our lips were a lot closer than I thought.

“Can we share a room like Liam and Zayn? I want to cuddle when we sleep, like they do.” He blushed, his entire face turning red. I blushed too, but nodded my head.

            “Of course,” I smiled.

“You’re room, or my room?” He asked, excitement showing through his features.

“Yours,” I groaned, “Mine is close next to Liam and Zayn’s. Last night they were being really loud,” Right at that moment, Harry walked in, and then spat his drink out of his mouth, showering Josh and I in soda.

“Hey!” Josh and I yelled in unison, wiping the sticky substance off of us.

“What did you say about Liam and Zayn?” Harry asked, his face in awe.

“I said, they kept me up all last night because they were being really loud? What’s the big deal about that? Their bed kept hitting the wall. So annoying.”

Harry laughed and then ruffled my hair, “Oh, little Nialler,” He chuckled, “So innocent.”

“I’m not innocent!” I yelled, “How was that innocent! Here, I’ll prove it to you. I’m no innocent. See?”

Then I turned to Josh, grabbing his face in my hands and pulling his lips to meet my own. I had never kissed anyone before, and I don’t think Josh had either, because it seemed a little funny as we figured out how to move our lips against one another’s. However, it still felt right and filled my stomach with butterflies. When I pulled away, Josh was smiling and blushing, and then I looked back to Harry.

“Point taken,” Harry winked, excusing himself from the room.

Josh and I sat in silence for a minute then, both of us still trying to figure out what just happened and what it really means.
