Chapter 68

Jimin pov

I was waiting for Ella at the amusement park. waved seeing her.

"why here!" she giggled.

I wrapped my hand around her shoulder. "To see this smile."

"hmm! I believe you're successful." she laughed.

"Indeed!" I laughed and put the Minnie hairband on her. She'll never be too old for this I tell you!
"So. What's first?"

"Easy one. Umm, there! Ferris-wheel. That way we can also see which ride is where."

"Let's go!" I offered my hand and she grabbed. "Let's go!"

Holding hands we ran inside like we were toddlers and the rest was too exciting to explain in words! We enjoyed so many rides and definitely didn't leave any of the dangerous ones.

It was almost evening when we were finally burnt out of all our energy. Holding a cotton candy in one hand and the ice cream on the other Ella walked like a happy kid. I smiled. This is what was missing.
We sat on a bench and taking a bite I looked at her just to find her staring at me smiling. I frowned in confusion.

"whaaat is it?" I asked.

Out of blue she hugged me real tight. I was surprised for a moment then hugged her back.

"Thanks oppa. You've always been there for me. I can't thank you enough."

"Hey stupid girl! Why to thank! I'm always there for you. The pleasure is always mine."

"I really needed this.." She giggled and continued with the ice-cream.

I chuckled. "By the way, I asked you to come a 10am why did you make at 11?"

"Ani! You asked to come at 11."

"Is it?"

"hmm! Let me show you." she showed me the message mentioning 11am which I intentionally sent her.

"I see... Have you checked the text you sent Jihoo.?"

She gazed in confusion. "why are you bringing that now!"

"just answer me."

Her gaze drifted away. "I asked him to be there at 4."

"sure? Check it once."

She rolled her eyes sucking her teeth but checked  message anyway. She looked at me confused checking the message.

I smiled. "Maybe that's where it all began, hu?"

She put the phone down and sighed. "It wasn't  about just that day.... So many emotions had already built up inside me by that day and....that day it was just a triggering point where I finally couldn't take it any more...... I'm not angry with him. Just upset and confused. This is all so new I don't know how to deal with it. Also I'm scared. Scared that.... " she stopped and sighed

"Sweetheart, I didn't tell you this to make you feel bad. I'm always with you whatever decision you make, right or wrong. I just want you to stop roaming around the same point and to move on, whatever the decision is."

She looked up at me and nodded.

"Promise me you'll get out of it soon."

She smiled. "Promise!"

"That's my girl!" I kissed her head and wrapped my hand around her shoulder.

"when's your flight?" she asked.

"Tomorrow. At nine."

"hm. I'll miss you"

"Pardon?" I pretended not to hear.
