Chapter 11

Jihoo's P.O.V.

It's almost afternoon. The weather is so nice. The cool breeze is actually so comforting. Talking a walk would be so nice. I thought to myself. Just Then I remembered of Ella. It'll be great to take her along. Her shift should have been over by this time.

I went to her tent but couldn't find her. Where could she be! I turned to see her walking towards me with a widen smile as she saw me.

"Oh! Oppa. Why you're here?" She asked

I mumbled to reply "Maybe following you!" I smirke putting my hands in my pocket

"Ow! Gurrae!" She laughed

"What were you doing?"

" Nothing. I'm done for today. so I was just roaming around " she shrugged her shoulders.

"Isn't the weather is beautiful today. I've been thinking of taking a walk. Would you like to join me?"

" sure!" She got excited.

"Let's go." I smiled

Third P.O.V.

Ha eun: Min seo, you saw that! This girl is always around Jihoo oppa!

Jin ae: what'll happen to our min seo! You've been here only for Jihoo oppa! Just look at you! You are bearing to live here to get closer to him and now this girl is trying to steal him from you! What will you do?!

Min seo: taking a walk, my foot! This bit*h will have to pay for it! I'll make her regret it!
Her face turned red out of anger.

Jihoo's P.O.V.

We came to the lake side. Ella didn't talk as she was busy enjoying the view. I thought of breaking the ice.

"So, how's it going? Are you enjoying work?"

"Yeah! I like it very much here. I love being around peoples. And since that day nobody bothers me anymore. Thanks to you!" She tilt her head.

"Gurrae!" I smiled. "Let's sit there. " I pointed towards the bench in the bank. She nodded.

"Grandpa had called. He was asking about you." I looked at her.

"How's he doing?"

"He's fine. Call him if you get time." I tilted my head.

"Yeah,. I'll make sure to call him" she nodded. I smiled.

"Me and grandpa come here for fishing each time when we're here. But as he left earlier that couldn't happen." I said looking at the lake.

"Oh, I see. It must be fun." She looked at me.

"Fishing?" I asked curiously.

"Hmm." She nodded.

"It is indeed. But haven't you ever been to fishing?" I furrowed

"Mm hu" she shook her head to say no.

"jinja! Awh.. I don't know what to say."

She smiled to my awkwardness.
"My family have always been busy with their works. They hardly could make time for me." She gave me a faded smile.

"Oh, I see." I said. Her face completely reflected her emptiness. I suddenly felt blank inside. I was completely unknown to this side of her. I've never seen her showing this much emotions. It's so unlike her as she's always so cheerful. I guess I have a lot of way to go to get to know her.

"Don't worry. We'll go for fishing sometime. To make you enjoy it." I smiled.

"Okay. That'll be great." She smiled.

"Now let me take you to somewhere special to me." I said

"Special you say, okay."

I took her to my animal shelter. " Here we are. You're the second person to come here after grandpa."

" what is this place?"

"It's an animal shelter. Here we try to help the animals."

"Oh, I see." She turned  hearing toffee's barking.

"OPPAA! IT'S A DOOOG!" She screamed as she cling behind me. "Oh my God it's scray! Aahaahh!" She screamed.

I couldn't but laughed at her behaviour. "Toffee boy, sit down there." I said and toffee sat down wagging it's tail.

"Come I'll introduce you to him." I said.

She opened her eyes to see toffee sat down. She left me. " Ani oppa! I'll just silently leave the place." She stepped back slowly.

I hold her hand, "No! That's not gonna happen. I'm not letting you go."

"Whay, oppa! Why are you doing this to me!" She pleaded.

"He's very nice, you'll get to know. Isn't he so cute?" I smiled.

She looked at toffee then to me " He's cute but I don't trust him oppaaa!" She whispered as she tried to get released from my grip.

She's so cute. I thought to myself.
"Okay, let's say you don't trust him. But Don't you trust me?" I raised my brows.

I felt her body got relaxed not trying to get away from me. She stood silently.
" I do believe you..." She said looking at me. "But I'm really scared of dogs."

"It's alright. Just stay with me." I pulled her by hand. She stood behind me holding my shoulders.

"Toffee boy! how are you?" I asked bending forward. Toffee jumped to me barking. And tried to pamper me. I picked him up and ran my fingers through his fur. He licked my neck. I laughed. I looked at Ella to see her terrifically observing us.

"Toffee we have a guest today. Aren't you gonna welcome her?" I asked. He barked to agree with me. Before I could do anything he jumped off of me and ran towards Ella.

"OPPAAA! IT'S CHASING ME!" She screamed and started running but unfortunately fell down. Toffee jumped on her and down. I ran to her and hold her hand.

"Oppa!" She pleaded.

"Toffee, you are scaring her." I said
He sat on her and licked her cheek.
She looked at me. I see fear still didn't leave her.

"He won't get down unless you pet him." I smiled. I tried to take her hand over his head when she denied.
"Trust me." I smiled. She didn't say anything. I petted him then she followed. Toffee got down from her. I picked her up making her stand. She held my arm looking at toffee.

"Don't get scared. I'm here. I patted her hand. She nodded.

"Let's go." I said. She moved holding me and toffee followed us.
