I turned around and saw an unfamiliar black car parked on the street in front of me.
I watched as a dark figure stepped out of the car. It was dark, i was unable to see much of anything. The street lamp barely illuminated the face of the figure as they closed the car door, stepping out far enough so i could see them fully.
It was Ghost.
My hand dropped from the lock on my door, hearing my keys jingling in my hand.
"You fucking followed me home?" I spoke loud enough for Ghost to hear me from on the street.
"How many times has he taken you home?" Ghost asked, his voice low, still standing be the car.
"What?" My face was twisted from a mix of anger and confusion.
Ghost walked from beside his car up to the sidewalk in front of me.
"How many times." He asked, more stern and low than before.
"Go home and leave me alone." I ignored his presence and turned around, unlocking my front door.
Ghost went up the steps behind me and grabbed my shoulder, pushing me so i was facing him again. He kept his hand on my shoulder, gripping it strongly.
"Why wont you just answer me." He said sharply.
"This is harassment you know." I shoved his hand off my shoulder. "Following me home, really?"
Ghost inhaled deeply, taking a small step back and shoving his gloved hands into the pockets of his jacket. He was still wearing his black attire from earlier, now with a black jacket on top. He had on just his balaclava, with a skull designed onto its fabric.
"We need to talk." Ghost spoke slowly this time.
"I'm done talking with you." I shook my head at him.
"We need to talk." He repeated, adding more emphasis to his sentence.
I thought for a moment.
"I don't want you in my house."
"I've been in a lot more personal places than your house."
"Okay asshole." I scoffed. "You're pushing your fucking luck."
"Just let me inside."
I sucked my teeth, debating if it would actually be a good decision to Ghost inside. He followed me home for fuck sake.
I sighed, pushing open my front door. It was left open half way. I gave Ghost a look before walking in side, dropping my keys by the entry table.
"Are you coming or not?" I remarked.
I heard Ghost step inside, his boots making loud footsteps on my hardwood. He closed the door with one push of his hand.
The living room was left to my front door, the stairs running upwards were next to the entry table to its right. I walked over to one of my couches, kicking off my heels next to it. My house was dim, only a couple lamps lighting up the inside.
