Once Grayson was dressed and ready to go, I grabbed his diaper bag, wallet, phone and car keys and left my room. I jumped into my parents as we made our way downstairs and they raised a brow.
"Where are you heading off to?" Dad asked and he pointed at the diaper bag.
"Jacob's house. He said that his parents want to speak with us." He nodded.
"Have Vic drive you, don't want you to stress with the paparazzi in the way." I nodded and once we reached the bottom steps, they headed into the kitchen while I headed towards the front where I met with Vic who was just coming inside. He raised a brow upon seeing me dressed with Grayson and the diaper bag thrown over my shoulder.
"Where are we heading?" He asked reopening the door and I smiled.
"Thanks," I said as I walked out first with Grayson, "and we're heading to Jacob's." He nodded as he unlocked the car and I placed Grayson into his car seat before tossing the diaper bag beside him and getting into the frost passenger's seat and while Vic took the driver's seat.
"Alright, head down and turned away from the paparazzi," Vic stated and I nodded doing just that as he pulled out of our driveway and made way towards the end of the street. I could see a bunch of men in black holding cameras as they snapped photos of the car. "Don't these people have anything better to do then camp outside our house?"
"Not until this whole shit storm is over with," I muttered. He looked over at me and raider a brow.
"I don't think I'd be able to handle all of this publicity if I were you," he said making me chuckle, "even now it's fucking annoying as all hell."
"I know," I said, "please refrain from swearing so loudly around my son." He rolled his eyes as he stopped at a red light and just out luck we stopped in front of another group of paparazzi who began snapping photos and I could hear their muffled yells but ignored them as I kept my back to them. "How far are we from Jake's?"
"Not far, another 5 minutes." He answered and I nodded deciding to check Twitter and instantly regretted it when I saw new articles written about us and how our relationship ended and that I was now dating a tattooed muscled male. I rolled my eyes when they showed a photo of me and Sam one of Vic's MMA friends turned bodyguard.
"I swear people have nothing to do then make up stories," I huffed putting my phone away not wanting to read any of those articles. And Vic chuckled shaking his head as he turned onto Jacob's street. Luckily no papa were parked outside like they had but I have no doubt that they'll be here soon once they realized where I was coming.
"Alright, let's go before we're swarmed with paps." Vic said as he shut the engine of and climbed out. I could already hear distant chatter coming our way as I unbuckled Grayson from his car seat while Vic grabbed the diaper bag and we practically ran inside just as I heard a pap say 'there they are!' And shouts echoed through the doors as a Vic closed and locked it behind him.
Jacob soon came out into the hall to greet us with raised brows. "Paparazzi. Outside." Vic said and he nodded before leading us towards the living room after giving Gray and I a kiss while shaking Vic's hand.
"So what is it that you needed to speak with me so urgently?" I asked as we sat down in front of Trevor and Addison.
"It's about the case against Hanna," Addison began and I gripped Jacob's arm and he rubbed my hand with his other hand as we looked at his parents, "after collecting enough evidence to prove that what she was guilty of defamation, we got the green light from the judge to take this to court."
