"Excuse me?" he said and turned to me.
"Joking," I replied before getting out of the car.
The two of us were greeted by the minister who arranged and managed the flood victim's safety place at the city hall. This is the safest place to stay for the moment.
"Tengku Hassanal, Miss Sunny," we were greeted.
I shook hands with the ministers, and we were briefed about the condition inside the city hall. I wasn't able to hear the minister talking. I was taken aback when Tengku Hassanal put his hands on my shoulder and let me walk between him and the minister.
"So, the total number of people inside is reaching a thousand. We're going to open other halls to put the people there. We'll need more tents, food, mineral water, and clothes."
I glanced at Tengku Hassanal, and he gave me a nod.
"We have a few trailers on their way here. We figured out that you all will need a lot of things," I said, and the minister was surprised.
"Really?" he asked.
I smiled and nodded, "Yes. It's on its way. But Tengku Hassanal and I are unsure if the amount is enough. We have bought mineral water, dried food, canned food, paper towels and a few more."
"There will also be portable toilets and shower cubicles. Both, we bought 100. Hopefully, it will do for now," Tengku Hassanal said.
"That is more than enough, Tengku Hassanal and Miss Sunny!" The minister said.
I smiled, "It's a relief then."
"You will also need a lot of sanitisers," Tengku Hassanal said.
"We need that," The minister said.
"We also bought a lot of blankets and inflatable mattresses. Also, the water department will be sending probably five to ten water tanks. Clean water tanks," I said.
"Thank you so much. You are so kind-hearted. The people will be pleased," the minister said.
I smiled and glanced at Tengku Hassanal. He smiled and nodded.
