"Wow, you look fantastic."
Sunny turned to the door and grinned when seeing Adelia.
"Back to you," Sunny chuckled while putting on her earrings on her right ear.
"It's raining outside," Adelia said as she sat on Sunny's bed.
"I know. Well, the weather forecast predicted that," Sunny replied.
"But I did not expect it to be this heavy," Adelia said while looking outside the window.
It's just 6:30 in the evening but it's already dark and the rain is pouring heavily outside. Adelia and Sunny's performance set is the second last and final performance.
"I've already asked the staff to find ponchos and distribute it to the audience. I don't know if they had already started distributing the poncho," Sunny said.
"You did?" Adelia asked, surprised.
"Yeah. I told them to prepare those since like 4 pm. Just in case. And it did rain," Sunny said, exhaling right after she was done putting on her earrings.
"Damn, the power you have..." Adelia muttered.
Sunny glanced at her, "You just didn't use it. You have the same power as me."
"I mean - I just don't know if I can use the power," Adelia chuckled.
Sunny shrugged, "It's a privilege. Use it."
"By the way, you know that Mark is one of the performers right?" Adelia said.
"Mark? Mark who?" Sunny turned to Adelia while packing her bag.
"Your ex-husband," Adelia replied.
Sunny furrowed her eyebrows, "No, I did not know about that."
"I thought the board members confirmed to you about the performers that they invited," Adelia told Sunny. Sunny shook her head.
