"There are a lot of people," Sunny whispered.

Tengku Hassanal raised his head after hearing Sunny's comment as they approached the hospital.

"And a lot of cameras, too," Tengku Hassanal added.

Sunny smiled as the media reporters started to take photos and videos of them. She then handed her purse to her assistant when the car stopped.

Their bodyguards opened the car door for Sunny and Tengku Hassanal before exiting the car and greeting the people waiting for them. Surely, they have waited for a long time.

"Your Majesty, these are flowers for you," said a woman holding a bouquet of roses. Sunny gasped in shock before thanking the woman.

"Thank you. These are gorgeous. Thank you so much," Sunny said as she continued walking.

When Sunny and Tengku Hassanal reached the end of the line, they were greeted by the hospital director and a few of the best doctors.

"It's our absolute honor to have you at our hospital today, Your Majesty," they said.

Sunny smiled before handing the bouquet she was holding to her assistant. Sunny shook hands with the female doctors, bowed, and waved to the male doctors.

"Please, come in," the director invited.

Tengku Hassanal turned to Sunny before holding out his hands. Sunny chuckled softly before taking his hands, and they walked together into the hospital.

Inside the hospital, they were greeted by the hospital staff. Nurses and other staff. Along with patients who are not contagious and able to move freely. A few children were also at the hospital's open-air hall.

Today is the hospital's Cancer Awareness Month event. Tengku Hassanal and Sunny are the officiators. Coincidentally, Sunny is a cancer survivor, too.

So, it's a huge thing for Sunny. This means a lot for Sunny.

They were escorted straight to the stage, where a few single couches were in front. Tengku Hassanal, Sunny, the hospital director, and some board members sit on the stage.

"There are many people," Sunny said to Tengku Hassanal after they had sat.

Tengku Hassanal chuckled, "Yup. More than what we expected, right?"

"Yeah," Sunny grinned.

Even when sitting down, the couple are still holding hands tightly. Their PDA definitely caught the eyes of the public. Even after 2 years of marriage, they are still going very strong.

"Nervous?" Tengku Hassanal asked Sunny.

Sunny smiled and exhaled slowly. Instead of Tengku Hassanal, Sunny will be giving her speech. He knows how much this means to her as a cancer survivor herself.

So, he wanted her to have the stage. To motivate patients who have cancer right now. Cancer patients need someone who has what they have to be the one who gives advice. The ones who can motivate advocates for them.

That's why Tengku Hassanal gives the task to Sunny. For her to share her own experience. For her to share how she could accept while physically and mentally drained.

"You're gonna be okay," Tengku Hassanal gently caressed the back of her palm.

Sunny just smiled.

As soon as Sunny finished her speech, she received a loud applause.

She smiled and bowed to the crowds before turning to her back. Tengku Hassanal was standing up while clapping for Sunny. Sunny chuckled before hugging him briefly.

"You did really well," he took a handkerchief from his pocket before dabbing it under her eyes.

Sunny smiled and nodded, "Thank you."

He knows how hard it is for Sunny to share her experience. It wasn't just mentally draining. She was physically challenged, too. She was sick the whole time.

She couldn't move. She couldn't talk. She couldn't think straight.

Tengku Hassanal, Adrian's close friend in the United Kingdom, witnessed what Sunny had gone through the whole time.

He cared for Sunny while Adrian was away. And being away from the people she loves, Sunny was challenged in all ways. She was fighting for her life, and the fact that she managed to survive stage four cancer is out of the world.

After the officiating, Tengku Hassanal and Sunny were invited for a short break and tea time with the board director at the hospital's private lounge.

As the couple walked together, Tengku Hassanal had his arms around her shoulders.

"You did well," he said, patting her shoulders.

"I know," Sunny chuckled.

"It's hard to talk about it," he added.

"And the fact that you saw me throw up a lot... is embarrassing," she replied.

"At least we're married now. So, it's not really embarrassing anymore. Plus, you did a lot of embarrassing things too, when you were pregnant," he said.

"No, don't say about those," Sunny said.

"What? It's true, though," Tengku Hassanal laughed, holding her hands.

"I know it's true, but it's still embarrassing," she replied.

"I can't believe it. I actually passed out when you were giving birth," he said.

Sunny gasped and slapped his arms, making him laugh a little louder. Sunny looked at him with sharp eyes.

"Can we not talk about these in public?" she said.

He laughed, "I am sorry, darling. You're just so amazing. Like - how can you take out a 2.1 kg thing out of your body and through that hole."

Sunny gasped once more and pinch him lightly, "Stop it."

"Okay, okay, I'll stop. I love you," he grinned.

"Yeah, you better stop," she said.

"I said I love you," he told her.

"I know. I love you too."

"Love you more."

"Love you most."

"That's final. I love you the most and the most."

Sunny just laughs.
