Sehun's twinkling eyes almost blind Lu Han, and Lu Han feels like he's falling inlove all over again.

Lu Han breathes out a sigh of relief when his mate starts to gesture acceptance of the two red flowers he had just offered

'Ah, he liked it,' Lu Han thinks giddily, watching as Sehun places the flowers in his palm before looking up at Lu Han with a small smile.

"Thank you, alpha," Sehun says, pressing his lips together which makes his cute cheeks puff a bit.

Lu Han laughs fondly as he sits down infront of Sehun on the picnic mat. "You deserve it, babe."

"And you found two. Not just one," Sehun whispers shyly while staring down at Lu Han's gift instead of Lu Han himself, so Lu Han gets to notice that Sehun's ears are turning red.

"I'll even look for another one if my omega requests me to," Lu Han states, raising his eyebrows when Sehun snaps his gaze up at him in surprise. "Why? I am your alpha. I'll search down the whole forest just to get you anything you want."

"Just for a flower.." Sehun trails off, looking down with a pout, before he then bites his lips, obviously preventing himself from smiling.

"Am I overreacting?" Lu Han questions softly, before he chuckles.

Sehun hums, tilting his head as he picks up one flower from his palm to slip it on top of his ear.

This kind of gesture...

"That's too much. Don't wear it," Lu Han exclaims, reaching out abruptly to stop Sehun. "I get that you like it, babe. I'm going to explode if you do that."

"What words are you choosing today..." Sehun mumbles, pouting as he follows Lu Han's hands with curious eyes. "You're retrieving your gift~!" Sehun whines, grabbing Lu Han's wrist.

Lu Han's eyes widen in realization before he shakes his head. "I'm not, babe."

"You are..!" Sehun argues, gushing out his lower lip as he looks at the flower in Lu Han's hand. "You took it from me—I'm just trying to show it off to you the best way..." Sehun mumbles, upset.

"But I-I'm getting flustered with you doing it," Lu Han whispers, biting his lips. "It wasn't even that hard to get it. You're appreciating it way too much," Lu Han stutters, blinking quickly and setting the flower down Sehun's palm. "I'm never taking back my gifts. It's just that you being happy about them is enough. Accepting and saying 'thank you' is enough for me."

Sehun gazes at Lu Han longingly, before he looks down. "But I feel good doing it for you.."

"Because you're trying to flatter me," Lu Han whispers. "You're giving me too much credit, Sehun. You don't have to act."

"Excuse me?" Sehun questions, raising his gaze, looking offended.

Lu Han widens in eyes after a few seconds of Sehun glaring at him. "Oh.."

"Would you let me look for another of these, then?" Sehun asks, swallowing. "To show you how rare these are."

Lu Han shakes his head, inching closer to hold Sehun's thigh. "No, I-I get it now. I'm sorry."

"I have the urge to do it because I like the flower and I appreciate you," Sehun whispers. "If you just let me be good and show you how I feel," Sehun mumbles, blinking down with pursed lips. "You don't even have to get me flowers anymore, or court me. We're already mated. But you're doing it and I'm happy with you," Sehun says.

Lu Han nods, biting the inside of his lips in remorse. "I'm sorry. I-I just found it hard to accept the feeling I got when you were trying to do it."

"I'm your omega, Lu Han hyung," Sehun says. "That's why you are being an alpha to me," Sehun states, picking the flower back up and returning it to his hair. "And I like it very much."
