"Okay, here's the deal.." Lu Han starts as he drags Sehun to the couch. "Chanyeol is actually now with Baekhyun. You know that Master-slave bond right? That's what they have now. Minseok and Jongdae confirmed."

"What?!" Sehun questions, surprised. "And Baekhyun hyung didn't tell me?! Damn, I'd have to give the gift—"

"Listen," Lu Han states, tone serious, making Sehun nervous. "Baekhyun isn't in good terms with Chanyeol. Baekhyun hurts Chanyeol, physically, in ways he shouldn't."

"W-What do you mean—"

"Jongin witnessed him turn to somebody else whenever Chanyeol is in his view. Minseok channeled the information. Jongin said he never once saw Baekhyun like that with anyone. Baekhyun looks at Chanyeol with anger and disgust, Sehun."

"I don't understand.." Sehun trails off. "Why would Baekhyun hyung.."

Lu Han hums in agreement, sighing. "I had a meeting with the two of them, Minseok and Jongdae, and that's why they went to Baekhyun's house the last time. To try and know why Baekhyun is acting like that. No one knows still, though.. And Kyungsoo doesn't even seem to give a fuck about it, which is weird.."

"I-I'd have to chastise Baekhyun hyung..! We know that even if they are called a slave, a Master will take care of them because they are their future mate, right?!"

Lu Han's eyes widen and he puts his hand over Sehun's mouth. "Don't be so loud," he whisper-shouts. "Omegas can't talk about that secret. You know that, right?"

Sehun's eyes waver in realization, making Lu Han sigh in relief and take his hand away.

"You're right, Sehun.. But what can we do? We'll just have to slowly try to help though. Baekhyun is our friend, yes, but he's doing something wrong so I'd have to go against him.."

Sehun nods in agreement. "People in relationships of any forms should always treat each other well.. How can Baekhyun do that? Just because the one you loved was away for a long time doesn't mean you'll hurt him once he comes back.."

Lu Han doesn't respond to that, doesn't know what to say.

"That's just so terrible.." Sehun adds.

Lu Han can only look down in remorse.

If I really love you, I'd show you the truth.

But that means you'd get hurt, right?

Lu Han thinks of it now, wonders until it hurts his head, about what would have happened if he didn't stray away from being Sehun's, if he didn't end up falling for Minseok.

What would have happened, if he just kept in his mind and heart that he was Sehun's, that he had asked Sehun to wait for him, that Sehun had been waiting for him all those five years when he started to look Minseok with the desire to own the latter instead?

He wants to erase everything he had done. Maybe if he just waited like Sehun did, maybe it will be different.

Maybe he won't be mentally scolding himself every time his thought drifts to Minseok when it's Sehun's skin marked with his name, when it's Sehun's neck displaying his claiming bite, when it's Sehun's heart that is synchronized with his, when it's Sehun's love that is completely for him.
