*Y/N's POV*

"Here, Leo." You said as you handed said turtle a plate of waffles topped with strawberries and blueberries. "Eat up, I want you as strong as possible for your day with Raph." You softly smiled as you placed a cup of fresh, hot green tea next to Leo's breakfast. "Thank you, Y/N. I appreciate it." Leo said, pointing a large smile your way.

You blushed and looked away, heading back into the kitchen to get everyone's else's breakfast ready. "Hey, Leo?" You suddenly heard Donnie call out, stepping into the dining room. "Have you been taking your medicine I made you?" The purple masked turtle questioned, holding up the jar that was mostly full.

"Um..." Leo looked to the side guiltily, the answer written all over his face. Donnie sighed in irritance, "Leo, you know you need to be taking this to get better!" He chided. "I know, I know... it's just so gross!" Leo exclaimed, giving the medicine a distasteful glare. "Leo," I called out, making him turn to me. "Please take your medicine, we all want you to get better."

Leo's gaze softened, "Alright." Donnie held up a spoonful of his mutagenic medicine and Leo downed it, groaning in disgust. "Here, keep this on you and take it when you're in major pain." Donnie instructed, giving Leo the jar. Suddenly Mikey shouted for him, calling him into the living room. The purple masked turtle rolled his eyes before making his way to his youngest brother, leaving me and Leo alone once again.

I made my way back over to Leo and placed my hand under his chin, turning his gaze towards me, "Thank you for taking your medicine, we all really appreciate it." You gave a kind smile, your touch and words making the ocean eyed turtle blush. "Oh!" You suddenly said, taking your hand away from Leo's chin. "Before I forget, here." You pulled Leo's mask from your pocket, handing it back to its rightful owner.

Leo's eyes widened in surprise, "My mask..." You chuckled nervously, "When you first got here, it was all dirty and ripped. Figured you would want it cleaned and repaired." Leo looked from his mask to you, a warm smile on his face, "Thank you... I really appreciate it." You gave a warm smile back, blush dusting your cheeks, "Of course, Leo. Anything for you."

*Time Skip*

Leo and Raph were gone for about an hour now, and to say you were stress cleaning was an understatement. Too many worried thoughts about the ocean eyed turtle were running through your mind. The best way to take out this stress? Cleaning. Deep cleaning.

You were on your hands and knees scrubbing the floor when Donnie walked in. April noticed your frantic state and asked Donnie to go and calm you down. "Y/N!" Donnie had called out, making you pause and look towards said turtle. "Are you alright?" He furrowed his eyebrows, worry written on his face.

"Yes, why?" You breathlessly asked. "Because you've been cleaning non-stop for the past hour." He replied. "Oh," Was all you could say. Donnie had gotten down on his knees to become eye level with you, well, as much as eye level the tall turtle could get with you. "Y/N, talk to me." The chocolate brown/maroon eyed turtle pleaded, taking hold of your hand with his.

You sighed before opening up, "I'm just worried about Leo. I'm not sure he's ready to be so active yet." "Leo will be fine!" Donnie started with a comforting smile, "He's a lot tougher than he looks. And with my medicine he'll be back to normal in no time! So take a breath, it'll all be okay. If you really want to continue cleaning I'll help." I gave a greatful smile, "Yeah, you're right. And I guess I should continue cleaning since I'm already half way done." You ended with a laugh, Donnie joining in.

Donnie stood up and held out his hand towards you. You took it and he pulled you up to your feet. "Why don't we listen to some music while we clean?" Donnie grinned, walking over to grab your speaker you left on the table. He turned it on and connected his phone, playing 'next door' by Amelia Moore featuring ASTN.
