Training and Throwing Knives

*1 Week Time Skip*

Another week has passed by since the turtles have arrived at  your little farm. The routine was still the same as the first week, except now, on Friday's is when you all have your game night (as Mikey said Friday is the best day to have a game night). Currently, you and Mikey were feeding and watering  the goats, talking about TV shows and video games that he likes. "So what about you dudette? What shows or video games do you like?" Mikey questioned after a long explanation about why his favorite show is the best show in the world. "Well, I don't really watch a lot of TV." You said, earning a horrified gasp from the orange turtle. "But!" You started before the turtle can yell at you, most likely to ask whats wrong with you. "I do sometimes watch this one show. An old cartoon that makes me feel like a kid again." You finished, getting a small smile from Mikey. "What show?" He asked. 
"Oh, you probably haven't heard of it." 
"Try me!"
"Well... it's called: 'Space Hero's'."
"No way! That's, like, one of my favorite shows!"
"Really?"
"Uh, yeah! Well, Leo likes it more than I do. He's like a super nerd when it comes to 'Space Hero's'!"
"Leo likes 'Space Hero's'? Hm." You said to yourself, thinking about how your love for the show is something you two have in common.

*Time Skip*

You and Mikey had finished with all of the chores around (and outside of) the house, and it wasn't even 12 yet. "Uuuuuugh... I'm so bored! There's nothing to do!" Mikey complained. You hated to admit it, but you were bored too. That's when you got thinking. "Hey Mikey," you called, getting his attention, "You said you guys were ninjas, right?" You asked. "Yeah man! The best of the best!" He exclaimed. "Well, why don't you, I don't know, show me some moves?" You asked with uncertainty in your voice. "Oh yeah! Me and my brothers haven't trained in awhile! You can watch us and our absolutely cool moves!" He offered.  "Okay, great! Why don't you go and get Donnie while I get Raph?" You said, getting an "Okay dudette!" in return.

After Mikey ran outside, you went upstairs to the bathroom. When you got there, you saw Raph sitting on the stool, still watching Leo. To get his attention without startling him, you softly knocked on the door frame. When Raph looked at you, he mumbled out a "Hey." After giving a "Hey" back, you said: "Your brothers are going to start training and were wondering if you wanted to join?" The red masked turtle was quiet for awhile. Seeing this as a sign of hesitation, you offered: "If you want... I can watch Leo for you." He was quiet again for a little bit before saying: "No, It's alright. Thanks though." He ended with a small grin, with you returning a small smile. 

*Time Skip*

Everyone was gathered in the front yard, ready to spar. To your slight surprise, April and Casey were joining the turtles in their training (you weren't really surprised that April was joining, considering that she said she was a kunoichi). You sat on the porch, per Donnie's request, in order to keep you at a safe distance away from the fighting. You watched as the five figured out who would spar with who. It ended up being Raph versus Casey, Donnie versus Mikey, and April would bounce between the two groups. It was interesting to watch everyone move in a fast but strategized way. You were completely entranced with all the movement and shouting! You've never seen anything like this before in your life! Sure, you've seen a few movies and TV shows that have fighting scenes, but it wasn't happening right in front of you in real life!

At one point during their sparring, while you were watching Raph and Casey banter, you heard April call out to you: "Y/N! Watch out!" Followed by Donnie also shouting: "Y/N!" Fear clear in his voice. You look toward the calls for you to see a black object heading toward your head. Out of instinct, out shot out your right hand and caught the object. Once it was safely in your hand, you looked at it, just to see April's metal fan. After everyone's shock from you catching the fan wore off, they all rushed to you, asking you multiple questions at the same time. "Woah everyone! Calm down!" You shouted over the many voices of your friends. "Y/N! Are you alright?!" Donnie questioned you when everyone else calmed down. "Yes, I'm fine. See? No cuts or bruises." You finished, showing them your arms and forehead. After getting a collective sigh of relief from the group, Mikey asked: "How were you able to catch that dudette?" "April's fan? Uh, instinct, I guess?" You answered uncertaintly. "What do you mean: you guess?" Casey piped up. "Well... from all my practice with my throwing knives." You casually said. "You know how to use throwing knives?" April, Donnie and Mikey ask simultaneously, all with different tones. "Well, a girl can get bored out here by herself. So she gets some hobbies." You shrugged. "Can you show us?" Mikey asked. "Sure." You replied.
