Hey guys! Sorry for not updating :( Right now I'm typing this chapter on my phone and I don't have autocorrect on (because it's annoying if you need to use 2 languages) and since English isn't my first language, there might be some spelling errors. Hope they won't be too bad! Enjoy!
Tyler and I sat in our assigned seats on the airplane, unfortanutely on our way back to Columbus. We'd said goodbye to my grandparents and friends, who had been wabing goodbye for as long as they were able to see us. I hadn't been crying, but I hadn't been that emotional in a while, and I knew Tyler noticed.
Right now, we were about to ascend. I was sad, slightly nervous and tired. Tyler took my hand in his two hands and I layed my head on his shoulder. He quickly put his head atop of mine, but not after kissing my hair.
"I feel weird." I told him softly once the plane was up in the air.
"Because of the plane? Or emotionally?"
"Emotionally." I said, slightly turning my head to look Tyler into his eyes. "It's just, I had such a great time and it'll be a while before I'll see my friends again, and this might've been the last time seeing my granddad, I mean, he is ill after all. It's just... really really weird, you know?"
Tyler sighed. "I can imagine. I mean, Seattle isn't exactly around the corner."
"Exactly..."
Tyler played with my fingers, his breath trickling the top of my head. "Your grandparents can't fly out to Columbus, can they?"
"Nope, granddad can't fly anymore, because of his lungs." I looked out of the window of the plane. "Weird, right? To see everything from this high?"
"It is.. we're lucky it's not so cloudy today, this is beautiful." Tyler said, seemingly relieved that I'd changed the subject.
"You know what's beautiful?" I asked.
"You?"
"You."
Over 4 hours and two naps later, Tyler and I were waiting for our luggage. It had been a calm flight, apart from some turbulence once or twice.
We'd ascended in Seattle around 7, it was now 2 AM in Columbus. I was tired, really tired, even after the naps on the plane.
After getting our luggage, Tyler took my hand and walked us over to a bench.
"We'll go to your parents in a minute, but before we go i kind of wanted to tell you that I had a great time in Seattle. Your grandparents are the sweetest, and your friends are really cool. Thank you for accepting me into your life, Jenna."
"Shut up, Ty," I said, laughing. "Off course I accept you. You're the sweetest boy I've ever met and I'm so thankful you've done all this."
Tyler grinned. "Last time we were here I kissed you."
"I had never been more confused and happy in my life, frankly."
"I'm glad I confused you. You have no clue how nervous I was." he said, slowly getting up from the bench. "Let's go?"
"Yeah, let's go."

As soon as we entered the big hall of the airport, I saw my mom, smiling widely at the sight of me, and most definitely at the sight of my boyfriend. She ran up to me, hugging me tightly, extending her hand to Tyler after letting me go.
My dad hugged me too, also shaking Tyler's hand afterward to say hello, even though they'd already met. Honestly I thought it all was very awkward, and Tyler seemed to agree, judging from the look on his face.
