9 || THE FRATERNITY PARTY

VIRAHI'S POV:

I was watching Siera and Naomi as they continued their learning process. Watching Siera teach her made me remember how she taught me guitar and to play my first song which I sang in high school.

I smiled remembering the moment I played my first song on guitar. Suddenly it occurred to me, what if I play the song again now?! It would be so nostalgic. Memories started to run across my mind as I started to play the tune..

"You did so well!!" I heard Siers screamed from the audience as I finished singing and the crowd applaused for me.

I looked at Siera and waved at her. She gave me a thumbs up. With happiness and satisfaction, I got down from the stage and came to my beloved ones.

"You played so well, daughter!" Mom said and patted my back.

"Thank you, mom!" I said with a smile.

Then I looked at Siera who was proudly looking at me with a smile, guess her teaching worthed the time.

As I finished the song with a last stroke on my guitar I stared at it with satisfaction. I felt so overwhelmed.

Looking up, I already saw Siera was smiling at me. Again that proud smile. I couldn't help but smile back at her with more happiness and satisfaction.

"You played so great, than the last time. Though last time would be always nostalgic." Siera said and came near me.

My heart filled up with the compliment as I saw her coming nearer me. She bent down to my level as I was sitting on a chair and said,

"Practice more for the audition. I will be waiting to hear you from the stage again.."

And she ruffled my hair, making it a beautiful mess. Chuckling she got up and left the room.

For a moment I again felt my heart on the verge of exploding. She will be waiting...

I couldn't help but bit my lip from the thought.

But my thoughts got cut when I heard Naomi calling for me.

"Hey Vira! Tomorrow is the frat party!! I'm so excited! I just can't wait...agh.."

She said while squealing in excitement.

"Oh yeah!! I'm excited for it too!!" I said with enthusiasm while packing my stuffs and guitar.

Naomi frowned at me and said, "Since did when you start to feel excited about the party? You look so overwhelmed too!"

"Just felt it!" I said and winked at her confusing face but then again lit up in no time.

She hooked her arm around me and said, "Then that's great! Let's go home now!"

And we left for today.
