Sunny's life was a rainbow. It was a rollercoaster. Give me a metaphor, and I can relate all of it to Sunny's life. Her life was never always sunshine.
In her life, she felt both moved and confused.
She experienced things that inspired her and that she will never quite come to terms with.
She has people she loves wholeheartedly, but sometimes, she loses them, but she also finds those who will stay with her for a long time. She appreciates them. She lets them know that she cares for them.
She laughs until she cries and until she aches in ways she never thought it was possible.
She was exhausted by the chaos and was ignited by the beauty.
She did expect that she would get hurt, and she was.
Sometimes, she was a bad person. Sometimes, she was the one who made mistakes. Sometimes, she had to give herself closure.
Sometimes, she finds comfort in being alone, in being lost. Heal.
This is her life. Even though it was unpredictable and messy, she was able to survive even though it broke her down. She will always survive it.
She never thought she would last as a secret agent for a very long time.
She never thought she could make it to becoming a K-Pop artist.
She never thought she could make it to the top of the world by being an artist.
She never thought she would lose her father at a very young age.
She never thought she would break up with Sunwoo.
She never thought she would have much fun during her concert tour.
She never thought she was going to have a lot of fans like she has today.
She never thought she would have a child with Mark Lee of NCT.
She never thought she would have a very luxurious wedding. Not only one wedding but several, and all were grand. Unfortunately, in the end, she and Mark had a divorce.
She never thought she would have best friends and they betrayed her.
She never thought her company, Shangri-La, would be managed by her.
She never thought she would get cancer at a very young age.
She never thought she would be in love with a prince from Malaysia.
See? Sunny never imagined these things in her life. Life is unpredictable, and sometimes, it's better just to follow the flow.
She accepted her failure in her love life. She assumed it to be a life lesson for her. Not all her past lovers were sent to her to give her happiness. Some to give lessons.
Sunny stopped convincing people of her worth when she realized she was convincing the wrong people. When you spend your entire life trying too hard to have people in your circle, you may have more faces amongst you but with fewer souls.
When Sunny entered the entertainment industry and debuted, she tried hard to please everyone around her. She tried so hard to fit in.
But she stopped forcing it. She allows things to fall into place naturally and finds faithful souls with good hearts. Who genuinely wants to be a part of her life.
This is what makes the wait worth it.
Because you can't piece together what is meant to be before it's time, or else you get jagged edges that only do damage in places they should have never been in.
Everything eventually gets better.
Without any sort of explanation, one day, Sunny just realizes that she's no longer upset.
She's no longer mad, hurt, or bothered by the things that took so much of her energy and thoughts. She finds herself in a peaceful place and enjoys that feeling.
She's in the best shape.
She's happier than ever.
She's a successful businesswoman and a queen.
She has good relationships with her family and friends.
She's married to her best husband, and she has beautiful children.
Life's good.
