Y/N hadn’t heard much from Pink or Steven lately. After Steven’s attempt to free his friends, Y/N was pulled from looking after him, though that didn’t stop them from worrying.

Then came the news.

"My Diamond, it seems that Blue and Steven have broken out of the tower and are fighting Yellow Diamond!" The urgent report sent Y/N's heart racing.

"What?!" Y/N gasped, feeling the weight of everything slipping out of control. First Steven, then his friends, the gem creations... Now Blue Diamond? "Is life ever going to get easier?"

Without a second thought, Y/N took off running towards the battle, but they were too late.

As Y/N arrived, the chaos was already unfolding. Blue and Yellow Diamond were locked in a confrontation with White’s Pearl, who appeared floating in a white bubble. The rumbling began as White’s massive ship emerged, flying overhead and landing on Pink’s ship, forming a towering figure with no arms. The face of the Diamond Ship loomed ominously above the group, glaring down with intensity.

"You’re not going anywhere," Pink Pearl, in White Diamond’s voice, declared, her words shaking the ground.

"You've made a grave mistake. Go to your rooms!" she shouted, her voice filled with authority.

“Uh... Which ‘rooms’ should we go to?” Blue Diamond quipped.

Yellow Diamond, nervously glancing at White’s ship, warned, "Blue, don’t make her any angrier than she already is!"

"We’re busted," Steven muttered.

Connie added, "Looks like this just turned into a face-off."

The face of the Diamond Ship opened its eyes, an unsettling, unblinking stare gazing down at them. Steven’s voice cracked, "Amethyst, Pearl, Garnet? Please... I think we’re really in trouble."

Suddenly, a pair of bright lights shot across the sky. Everyone looked up, astonished as Blue and Yellow’s repaired ships flew towards the Diamond Ship and struck it in the face.

"Did you have a hand in this?" Steven shouted, confused.

"No way!" Blue Diamond exclaimed, shocked.

Yellow Diamond defended, "White, that wasn’t us!"

"We swear!" Blue added.

Then, the truth emerged. A familiar figure appeared. "I always wanted to uppercut an upper crust!" Bismuth’s voice rang out as she emerged, grinning.

"Bismuth!" Steven and Connie cheered in unison as they rushed toward her. "You came!"

"Of course, I did," Bismuth replied confidently. "We both did."

As Blue’s ship landed beside Yellow’s, Peridot emerged dramatically. "You thought I wouldn’t be here at a time like this?" Peridot grinned, revealing their newly reformed gems.

"Peridot!" Steven gasped. "You guys are back!"

"Check out these repairs I did on the hand ships!"

Despite the patchwork repairs, the ships looked as if

The group stood ready for what would come next, knowing they had to stop White Diamond’s control over everything.

"We can't fight her, Steven... we can't beat her."

"We don't have to beat her! We just need to get her attention."

"HOW?!" Yellow screamed, her frustration echoing in the tense air.
Y/N, still reeling from the chaos, stepped forward, their fists clenched so tightly their knuckles turned white. Their heart pounded, not just from the weight of their actions, but from the storm of resentment, jealousy, and aching desperation swirling inside them.
