🌒Chapter 26: Tales of Love🌘

1974 A.D.
Hogwarts
Realm 4
Selene's POV:

September 2:

Finn and Oberyn had taken the month before school started to visit Valyria and Henrik and check on that Realm for me. As I sat at that night's dinner I felt that both had returned to the realm. I was just waiting for Finn to come to the school. When the great hall doors opened and there he stood I could not help myself. It was the first time in 9,055 years we had been apart for longer then a week since we married when I was 15. I ran around the table and met him in the middle throwing myself into his arms smiling. He grinned and lifted me as I said , "I missed you so!"
The teenage girls around us all sighed at the love shown. The boys all groaned seeing themselves outclassed. As he set me back down he kissed me softly then held out a small bag. I grinned and opened it to find a winter blue rose from Winterfell.
"You remembered." I said softly looking up to him.
"Of course I did. It was the only flower in that realm you adored. It was important to you so it was important to me to remember." I kissed his cheek and lead him to the table to show my flower to Minerva and Madam Sprout. As we walked I heard on of the Gryffindor girls tell the boys, "And that is how you do things boys! Take notes."
I chuckled and Finn smirked smugly before winking to me.

I had given Remus the spell so his friends could learn to become Animagi this year. It was an important event in the realm so I kept to it.

One thing I was not expecting was to be in my history class with a group of fourth years, who were talking quietly with half an hour left having finished their work, turn and have one call to me.
" Professor Mikaelson."
I looked up and saw it was Alice and Lily looking at me expectantly. I arched a brow. "Yes?"
"We were wondering as this is history class and all.. Well I mean.." Alice kinda blushed and started stuttering. Lily rolled her eyes and took over.
" What she is trying to ask is would you be willing to tell us your story and even how you met your husband?"
I smirked, "Which one?"
They blinked. "Which One?"
I chuckled and nodded, "Did you forget I had 4?"
They nodded, "Can you simply tell us all of it?" Added Marlene.
I looked around the class I had all their attention. As it was the last class of the day I sighed and nodded.
"Fine I suppose, but we will do this in the great hall after dinner. I am not repeating this for every class I will see who wants to hear it and go from there after dinner."
The girls squealed excitedly.

That night you could feel the excitement in the air. I had warned Finn. He thought it funny. Now my whole family joined us for the evening. They loved hearing our tales. I was thankful it was Friday because this would take a while.
Before the meal began I stood.
"Now it has come to my attention that sone students wish to know my history. I told them I would tell it once. So that being said, if you want to hear my story after dinner you will have 30 mins to go and get changed into comfortable clothing and get what you may need as it is not a short tale. Then return to the great hall. I will then tell you all my story.  Now let us eat."
The excitement rose in the hall.
Minerva chuckled and said, "If only they were excited for all lessons on things."
I chuckled with her but agreed.
Once everyone was done and back in the hall I had transformed it. There were couches and seats all over for the students, staff and my family. My family and I sat up on the teachers platform on comfortable couches. Though Seth leaned against my legs he was still such a young boy at times. Finn sat beside me to the right. He knew some of this would be hard to tell. Demetri to my left and Oberyn on the other side of Finn.

Once everyone had gathered as apparently none wanted to miss this I smiled.
"I will allow some images to show above us on the ceiling to aid in the telling." This excited the kids even more.
"Now then I will start from the beginning but you will not interrupt.  Tomorrow if you have questions you may seek me out. Understood?"
They all stated yes. I nodded.
"First you all need to understand I am. 9,070 years old. I was created into another realm or universe if you will. I can and do travel between realms. The realm my creator or parent Primal had me created and raised in saw me given life in the year 980 A.D.. I was created to be the new Primal goddess my parents replacement.
I was placed with 3 guardians. Ayana a powerful witch, Ansel an alpha werewolf, and Mikael a proud Viking Warrior. Each were tasked with raising me and teaching me. "As I spoke images of people and places showed above me. "Ayana was my primary caregiver and would teach me magic. Ansel would teach me about shifting and leading. Mikael would teach me hunting and fighting.  My lessons all began at five years old, because of what I am I learned quickly. I was considered a silent child. This worried my guardians. Mikael brought me three of his sons to befriend not knowing I had bonds to all three. Kol the youngest is my soul brother. Elijah the oldest of the three and Niklaus the middle one were and are my soul mates. They are also Finn's brothers." That got a reaction. Once they quieted down again I continued.
"I quickly became friends with all 3 but did not talk to them until two years later. I had been taught my voice had power it was why I rarely talked. When I was ten I had gone out with Ansel to see new spots for the pack on full moons. Unfortunately he was called away. As I made my way home a rival wolf who thought I was Ansel's daughter kidnapped me as revenge. I was held in a cage in a cave for two weeks. After I was rescued and my kidnapper destroyed my training increased. By 13 I had mastered every weapon Mikael put in my hand. I could hunt any creature he sent me after. He tested me with five grown men attacking me at once. He did this with each weapon. Each time I came out on top. With Ansel I was now the Alpha female and queen of wolves to his and all packs.  With Ayana I had surpassed her. I was a much sought after healer and witch. I was creating my own items potions and spells. I had become her teacher at that point. And because of this I became much sought after as a wife and tool to be used. Those who sought both my hand and purchase even from my guardians were all denied. They would not do that to me when I had soul mates and they would not allow me to be used as a tool.
For two years this went on." Finn took my hand in his at this point. "Upon turning 15 I was sleeping one night when a man chose to break in and kidnap me. He knocked me out as I woke by slamming the hilt of his dagger into my head. He took me to his five men and brother and they rode off with me. When I woke and began to fight. We were all thrown from our horses. I demanded answers. He had chosen me to e his and his brother's wife and help them take over and rule the land. I in my anger and fear struck out with magic and weapons. I killed all 7 of them and returned home. My guardians knew something had to be done now. They suggested I marry. The obvious choice was Elijah and Niklaus. But form some reason they did not feel the bond. I would not marry them without it and have my soul mates come to resent me. My guardians respected that choice. They suggested Kol. I refused to marry my brother. This left two of Mikael's sons. Henrik was too young. Then there was Finn. " I smiled looking to him. He kissed my forehead as he held my hand. "I did not want to marry but we knew I needed to. It was then suggested it would be in name only. I did not want to trap Finn. He had been kind to me over the years. I could not do that to him. They suggested I talk to him. So I did."
"I agreed. I knew she needed this. I agreed we would marry in name only. That I would be her protector and companion." He added.
"We agreed if he found love or his brothers finally felt the bond we would separate. So we wed. His brother's my mates were happy for us. That hurt. I could not understand the lack of the bond on their part. For those that don't understand. For soul mates we feel everything our mate does. Their love, their anger, their pain, their joy and  even their deaths. When soul mates are with others physically we feel that too. It can cause rage, hurt, betrayal and depression in the other half unless there is a chosen mate bond between the two that were physically involved then there is nothing but love and understanding felt between all parties. That is how it is for Finn, Oberyn and I. I have chosen mate bonds with both of them. They though are soul mates to one another." Lots of girls sighed.
"Now for two years Finn and I were married. He became my best friend, my anchor and balance. That was also the year I died the first time. I was out on a full moon with the pack. A hunter shot me with an arrow as I lay resting."
"I was in the caves with my family. We always retreated there for safety. My brother Kol the only one with an active bond at the time felt her death. We heard all the wolves howl it was chilling. My other two brothers should have felt it but didn't. I was scared. I had to wait till dawn to find her."
"He and his brother, and father found us with Ayana. Ansel had just removed the arrow. The man had been killed by the pack. They found gold and a message detailing where I would be on a piece of  paper with the man. He had been paid to hunt me. Alpha and Beta told my guardians I would be allowed to come back and to protect me better. They did not tell them my immortality had been triggered early by that death. I was now froze at 17. They did it as a test of my guardians. Things went back to normal until I turned 20. A new girl had entered the village. A doppelgänger named Tatia." I said her name with such venom people flinched. Finn rubbed his thumb across my knuckles as Demetri took my other hand.
"She inserted herself into our lives and family. She got between Elijah and Niklaus. Finn's mother welcomed her even knowing what she was doing and what they meant to me. I did not know at the time that the woman hated me. You see I had apparently stolen from her in her mind. I apparently first stole her mentors attention in Ayana, and  her lover's attention in Ansel. The second thing I stole was her husbands attention and love. She felt he loved me more then his own children because he was harsh and cruel to them. This I did not know. With me though he showed affection, love and pride as a father to his daughter.  Then the third thing was I stole Elijah Niklaus and Kol when Mikael made them my companions. The last thing had been Finn, her favored son. So she would do anything in her power to hurt me. After a few months my rage and hurt was great. I came upon Elijah and Tatia in the woods. As I ran away. I ran into Niklaus. He asked what was wrong. I lashed out with words. He lashed out back. With a slap and words that broke my heart. Finn though fixed it. He offered me love. He offered to make our marriage real. I accepted and made the chosen mate bond with him. Even mad I could not hurt Niklaus and Elijah. That is the way it is supposed to be between soul mates. You can not bring yourself to hurt the other. The following year is when everything fell apart. Finn and I were happy. We were expecting our first child. Because of this I could not shift for two months. After the first two months I can shift safely. So for two months I had to remain home on the full moons even though the wolves would never hurt me regardless of form. The tragedy was one night Niklaus and the youngest Henrick snuck out to watch the wolves turn. Henrick was killed by a new wolf. I was summoned to late too help. In their desperation to protect their remaining children Mikael and Esther made a plan to change us all. Mikael came to my and Fin's home first. Kol was with us. We all ate dinner together. Mikael offered us a special mulled wine. Then drove his sword through our hearts. He did not know I was pregnant. Only Finn, Kol and Ansel knew. It killed me and the child that day. He went and did the same to the others. When we awoke he forced us to feed off the blood of a girl. Ayana arrived as did Alpha and Beta shortly after. They gave me the knowledge to help Finn and Kol be more like me and with control. They became the first I sired. Alpha and Beta sent the 3 of us to our first new realm. A land of Dragons and Magic."
I continued on with our story through most of the evening. As we finished and went home the kids talked in the halls on the way to their dorms. Sirius looked to his friends and grinned. "I am going to marry her too one day!" He proclaimed to them.
